Just a jest around @Ric Flair’s obsession with the market

Find a buyer it doesn’t matter who because they could never in a million years be as bad as you, sell up and **** off

Don't count on it.

Don’t you remember where we were before they took over? They’ve been ambitious in the past, and when they leave the club they’ll leave it in better condition then when they arrived…

king power had at winner at Doncaster as well, did you back it, 17/2?

Errr...they don't have to.  Maybe, just maybe players within the Club, past and present, know a tinsy bit more about what goes on, rather than the bitter entitled people on here who don't remeber the days of 9,000 attending matches in the days of the old div. 2.

Yeah, those entitled fans do my head in. They should just accept that we're not very good anymore and we probably don't deserve any accountability from the owners.

The problem with Top selling the club is that you're rolling the dice hoping to get better owners but the truth is the next owners could be much worse.

As of today?

Exactly the same position.

Hence the expression rolling the dice.

For me I would like Top to find some competent people to run the club.

And I'd like to win the lottery. History and probabilities tell me that it's not happening, just as they do with Top.

Do people actually believe there is a realistic chance of him doing that when he hasn't done after the worst relegation in PL history, and then arguably the most pathetic season in the club's history? Even if he did by some miracle decide to shake things up, it would almost certainly be blind luck that we end up with anyone good. Exactly the same with new owners. KP have already started the asset stripping with minimal investment Vs the money coming into the club over the past few years.

He doesn’t though. He thinks the people running it are fine. Then you have an incompetent owner.

Your talking about the success but I’m talking about the sheer negligence and lack of any care towards our football club that is totally clear for everyone to see.

Under Terry Shipman it was bad but the club was run very well in contrast to today’s rot. Yes we had to sell everything we had to balance the books but we kept within our means.

Khun Top is clueless and our club is in continuous debt and decline.

Exactly. The players will love him. Fans who have say through two relegations, one totally needless and the other record breakingly bad, and face up to a points deduction through dreadful financial management might have a different view.

But hey, moaning about terrible football and results is being entitled, apparently.

I think as well it’s a generation thing about being popular and liked. But without hierarchy and leadership you won’t get anywhere.

Sounds like we’re in an abusive relationship. I’m ready to leave

It's like saying don't end it with your current partner even though they're a selfish twat and don't actually care about you at all, just because there are loads of other cvnts out there.

I wonder how many young lives have been saved over the years from the millions donated to hospitals.

Ahh, the old don't question anything because of charity contributions.

It’s not a case of “don’t question anything”

it’s about recognising both sides.

As Albrighton pointed out, he attended 10 years of end of year awards and each year £1 million was donated to local hospitals without fail.

This wasn’t reported in the public domain for PR at the time.

That’s money that made a real, tangible difference to sick and poorly people in the community.

I'm sure Wednesday fans thought Chansiri would be better than Mandaric...

Our trouble is, our asking price.  Owners have invested 400m of their own money just in wiping our debt out.. plus all the money that King Power have invested in us.

they’ll want  at least that money  in asking price..   that’s not what anyone wanting to asset strip us is going to pay. Who would they sell seagrave to? Or even the stadium?

so anyone paying that money is going to see us as a project for the long term, similar to how king power did.. they won’t get  that money back with us languishing in the champ so, if anyone buys us now  they’ll at least Get us into the prem sharpish.  Anyone who buys us  in the prem will pay significantly more than that..

in short, we won’t be sold any time soon..
