Basically marti has the squad he has... he will have to find away.

The bigger problem is that in the lpnger term rudkin cannot build a squad to ace the championship.... and top will not sack him.  I want a new owner to bring a new dof

you've circled around the point, that they've run the club so badly that the damage cannot be fixed quickly. That's not a reason to let the arsonist keep hold of the matches

I can guarantee we bring a new owner in, (and I'm not saying we shouldn't), and we bring a new manager in, (again not saying we shouldn't). If we then lost our next four games, there'd be some wanting something doing. They'd already be questioning manager X.

 

We are so poor. Some don't get it. Some actually wanted us to go up this season! Something this broken will take a lot of time. Trouble is the post 2016 lot demand it to happen immediately.

Your the new owner. What can you change immediately, allowing for contractual obligations?

Pay off the wasters that are part the non playing staff I inherit/put them on gardening leave. And use my contacts to bring in actual professionals who know what they’re doing. Set up a playing recruitment and analysis team that doesn’t rely on agents.

Its really not rocket science

Top and Rudkin are poisen in this club. I wish they would both do the right thing and go. Never have I felt so disconnected with the club like today. I left at 80 mins (something which I rarely ever do) and also now am thinking what's the point in going on Tuesday. Totally dejected and those two have taken the love out of this club. Shambles and utterly disappointing.

the club is rotten and i mean to the core, from top to bottom,

atm I do not see one signal aspect of the club i can remotely praise

 

this is what happens when a club gets comfortable, doesnt move with the times, sits on its hands etc

I mean yeah, we're stuck with these oxygen thief players until January unfortunately (unless we were lucky enough to get someone who ripped up their contracts) but funnily enough this isn't about one game.

I am just thinking about how badly run this club is and how it is actually more difficult to get it so wrong than it would be to get it right.

 

I bet even as locally as this forum, there will be individuals who hold quite high positions in their respective fields. A CEO, financial director maybe, commercial director? It would be interesting to know if this is the case.

 

My thought was, could a small number of our supporters, with these specialisms, do a better job of running this club. I think yes.

What makes you think he is capable of doing that?

But what makes you think he is capable of negotiating a sale of a football club?

It will be an administrator who negotiates a sale. We are absolutely heading that way in two/three years

Mind boggling, cant lock in new generation of fans as hard core match attending fans because of lack of foresight to pump the stadium to 48k when we were the talked about club of the country.  Chance gone, the ****wit.

Now that Chansiri's gone I'm pretty certain we're the worst run club in the 92. He's pondlife.
