Latest minutes released. More 'actions' with no owner or clear deadlines. No update on actions from previous meeting.

Most mind blowing for me is the Away Priority Points section - 'It was agreed that the next step in consultation should be to use insight from the survey results to

review potential options to enhance the process. The group was clear that long-term away attendees should be protected and consulted with. The Club confirmed it would like to implement any enhancements for next season, but it was important that any enhancements are right for fans, so it may take longer to implement.'

How could it not possibly be sorted before next season? The survey was sent in early October!

The Club shared an overview of trackable fan sentiment following Khun Top’s recent in-house

interview, which had received a broadly positive reception….

what a load of shite

What a dreadful set of minutes.

- no fan rep on sanctions committee, basically because they're too thick to make it work

- Supporters Groups to have terms of engagement which includes them holding club values.

- 0 movement on away priority scheme

All good though because the FAB reps met with Top and liked his "pashun".

Would be grateful if anyone on here who was in this meeting could advise as to what feedback was provided to Top, and could confirm the group wrote this rather than Big Tone Herlihy

This is why the fev is unfit for purpose.

When youve got a group of ckub endorsed members they are mever goibg to say that this in unvelieveabke.

Listening to bason on BTG you would think the fab is perfect. Vote bason if you think this is acceptable.

I think it’s positive that the FAB are writing direct communications to supporters, but that letter is astounding.

Barely a mention of the frustration, apathy and turmoil being experienced by our fan base at this moment in time.

Zero detail on what was said to Top and what his strategic plans are, we just have to take their word that he cares and that any “reset” will take time.

There is the usual line of “get behind the team” and apparently we can all “look forward to the future with some optimism”.

This is the problem with the club selected fab.... it is an echo chamber of sychophants.

2 members are elected by the fcc from the fcc who are all club appointees.

But one fcc chap who failed then get appointed via the "open interview route" (... this was a mechanism for fans without other routes... so while not against any rules it seems to be out side the spirit and denied a place to an more questioning fan).

The fef is a joke amd needs to be re designed.  It is a tick box to avoid any challenge to the club.

The fab is a duscussion forum.  The fab cannot force the club to say or do things....  So why is the club so wary?

Frankly in any customer facing business it is essential to listen to customers.  In my working life i have always valued the opportunity to understand my customers.... and i  have used this insight to ensure we are responsive and keep them happy.

Maybe the club is so out of touch with fans because it does not listen.

The letter from the FAB reads like it’s a group of people who think their job is to unite all fans as cheerleaders or motivate positivity where there is justifiable scepticism and negativity.

What they should actually be are a group of people in the room with the club on a regular basis challenging the club, advising them strongly against the mistakes they are continually making and actually influencing something that results in a demonstrable outcome. In my personal opinion, it’s becoming evident that either they are the wrong people to do this, or the model is flawed and it prevents them from doing so.

For it to be signed off with a Cliff Ginetta Club esque “get behind the lads” is almost beyond parody.

Yep. Complicit in the demise as a result unfortunately. Waste of everyones time as predicted.

Impeccable timing with the “get behind the lads” just 24 hours before that horror show today lol

This just sounds like a group of people who were memorised to speak directly to the owner. Pathetic.

I wish they would stop projecting this shit onto other fans. If they are happy with mid table second division football then fine. Plenty are not and do not need to be lectured on how to "get behind the team" (which generally consists of contributing no noise, applauding the lads off after a drab defeat and going on social media to defend the owner and put the club down).

Too many do need lecturing and we need to spread the word wider than our mates on foxestalk.

UFS can't do it all and I think the foxes talk board here could fund something large. Not a protest van or plane but something which could connect with fans

Ultimately the club shaping the minutes how they see fit.

The point regards ST ticket increases was made by someone who feared that the club would at one point introduce a huge increase to catch up with other clubs rather than do smaller incremental increases which are manageable. It's been unfairly worded.

I'd also say he's very passionate and he gets it more than 80% of people in that room.

The ID check is an issue where the majority were for them. Me and a few others pointed out it's a symptom of the priority system.

The delay behind the priority system is off really. They held a 90 minute session which was pro-change of it and then did a survey which basically had top priority point holders protecting their interest. The reality is if a proposed system showed that they would still be protected then that allays fears.

Glad for some context in regards to the first couple of paragraphs. I was looking for a thread to unload some rage into. Dog shit from the club once again.

Not saying you can't have more than one complaint, with some being more important than others.. but to see comments from those meeting minutes requesting "more discount for shirts", "better food stalls" and grassing on people vaping, when the club is on its arse with very little focus on that, is seriously depressing.

Another day, another push closer to being done with it. I hate sharing my club with such ****ing melts.

Is it bad that I find our fanbase more insufferable and irritating than Florist and Covscum

Was this bit brought up by the club? Interesting wording of consequences for not using your season ticket.

The FAB is clearly not fit for purpose. They’re playing fast and loose with the ‘fan’ part as well.

I’ve just seen that, empty seats all around the stadium recently, one the brink of League one for the second time in our history and they talk of consequences for non attendance.

I don’t miss the DD payment coming out but I also don’t miss going down there that much either. If they start with this shit I’m done.

So totally out of touch it’s unbelievable!
