What current CEO’s should we ideally be looking at to replace Whelan?

(if we bother to - we wont, we all know what is coming)

I think we should look broader than just CEO's with a footballing background - specifically I'd be looking for someone with some turnaround experience and a track record of getting to A to B with speed in whatever business they've been in previously. Someone who has a strong commercial background and some kind of real estate experience too would be helpful.

Someone with a set of bollocks who will sack Rudkin.

Edit; just to be clear - i'm talking metaphorically. Not being sexist lol

Given the lack of footballing nous the owner has we need somebody that won’t have the wool pulled over their eyes by Top & Rudkin.

Whelan was sidelined precisely because of the special relationship between the two. For the long term good of the club (if KP aren’t going anywhere) we need a chief exec that can manoeuvre Rudkin away from key decisions.

A chief exec used to dealing with PE, shareholders or savvy private owners is a different kettle of fish to dealing with a negligent man child.

Simon Wilson at Stockport would be my choice but I couldn’t name many.

If we have any brains, based simply on his association with the city and success with another sporting club.

Go get Sean Jarvis.

Wouldn’t be the worst appointment, knows the industry - bit more of an equitable approach to fans.

But I think we could do better (we won’t).

Well we can rule anyone decent out then? As whoever we get will ultimately have their hands tied. May aswell see if Peppa Pig's up for it.

Sean Jarvis may be an option in the short term. Will be stepping down from Leics having had a successful stint with Huddersfield before that

But not the transformational appointment we'd ideally be after long term
