Yeah sorry but a plane is as half arsed as our players.

Boycott. Chant constantly.

All I'm hearing is the odd geer and boo.

The most passive fans in the country.

Need to either have a ‘mass’ boycott

Or a mass sit in

I support a player mass boycott

I would be happy if they walked out the club and never turned back up again

I think we should produce a human chain stopping the players getting into King Power before the next game!

This thread should be pinned so that it can be recycled for the next manager and the one after that. Repeat ad nauseum.

You know this thread isn’t about the manager?

Don’t take your seat until 16th minute. Get it trending on Twitter for boro game

I'm inclined to agree...

It's a really tricky situation to get right and be affective.

It's a double edged sword situation. I can see the reasoning behind it, and the want and need to convay the message.

But like the last time, a quick word to Sky /TV broadcasters from the club and a plane banner gets no or limited airtime.

It needs to be something that can't be "censored" by he club, something both visual and audio. Banners whilst conveying a message may get shown once with a fleeting glance 'for good TV' but can be skipped afterwards  by TV cameras, and never hit the screens of the Football  League Show on ITV or Sky, for a second time, but audio to a degree is a whole lot harder to suppress.

Yesterday's mass exodus was picked up by the commentary on TV and noted that  "a lot of empty seats in the KP,"  but that was reactive to the here and now, and the sh1t being witnessed on the pitch (good that people are slowly coming around and feel the need to go and now in greater numbers) but not a planned protest.

Continued 25 mins each half of one simple message would be harder to control with the live media. During a live broadcast it would be continually heard and in the highlights show picked up at some point due to the longevity of the chant

"5 years of decline. Top and Rudkin time to go"  - over and over and over.

However we have the added problem of how willing are the KPFC clapping brigade actually going to participate with any of the above.

But if there are enough pockets of people dotted around the stadium willing to sing the message it should be do able as others will pick up the chant. Well, just because its a chant.

And if the singing section are up for it, it may just get the message across, get some media attention,  but more importantly embarrass the Nepo Baby, something his Thai upbringing would want to seriously avoid, and at that point things may just happen.

How about a boat on the river, anchor it well before, during and until everyone has gone home. Every time some looks out the main stand windows it’ll be there, directors arriving and leaving will see it.

It just needs to be something coordinated that gets as many people involved as possible.

Something like a plane, for example, is difficult to organise, doesn’t unite lots of individuals around it and probably has limited impact.

Maybe pick a colour. Pick a chant (simple and repetitive, but not personally offensive). Pick some visuals (again repetitive, but not offensive).

Output might be something like everyone standing up, waving a white flag, singing for the removal of the board and holding up the same visual (eg like the “Liar” signs for Brian Little). Do this on the 35th minute (other times are available) of every game for 5 minutes until something changes. Hopefully more people would join in once they get the idea.

Hmmm… this all might be a bit too ambitious for our fan base, but the main takeaways are: simple, repetitive, unambiguous, inoffensive, unified messaging etc.  ….

Mass protest outside the players entrance? A bit like Newcastle when Ashley was running it

Think this is the best idea after a match. Just tell people to gather somewhere and chant against the board outside after the match- like Norwich did if anyone saw on the weekend

200 hundred people doing that has more impact than 2,000 people not turning up. Use social media to your advantage.

Shame our fans don’t have the passion of West  Ham, they had a well organised protest at the weekend.

Oh well (open palms up to the sky) what can you do !

That sums up our efforts !!
