I'm sorry, but sacking Marti is not the answer, the issue here is the players. There's no aggression, any form of desire, or dare I say it intensity. Abdel looked absolutely gutted at full time and Marti looked pissed off. He's been dealt a bad hand and can only do so much..... These players need to have a long hard look at themselves. King Power and Rudkin need to go NOW, whilst this squad needs a massive overhaul. We're at our lowest ebb, but I'm Marti in for now!!

What use is there keeping him? He's not going to magically make the players have aggression or desire. That should be standard. The problems are above him but Marti clearly isn't doing anything in spite of that.

Yeah, most of the players are shite- but he's still the one picking them week in, week out when we've got excellent academy prospects waiting in the wings. 

 

The fans don't want to watch the likes of Soumare, Kristiansen, Faes and Ayew any more. He's given himself no room for error by regularly subjecting us to them again.

You're right about the players but that doesn't change the fact that the system he persists with every week isn't working and he isn't addressing it. 

 

Every game, we lose a goal because their LWer has miles of room because our RB inverts and doesn't get back quickly enough. EVERY.SINGLE.GAME! 

Our players being crap isn't stopping him from doing something to fix what is a glaring hole in his formation. And that is just one example of it not working.

He needs sacking for his shit tactics, crap substitutions and every team selection, i think he's got them wrong virtually every week. Don't get me wrong these players are crap but he should at least getting them up for the fight and if not drop them and get someone on the pitch that puts some effort in.

I generally agree. But getting rid Rudkin and KP selling up won't make any immediate difference to the team, and we can't get rid of the players. I've said many times Marti should be given time, but when it starts to look like relegation is a real possibility, I don't think we can afford to hang around

It may be early in the season mate however it is already looking like relegation and you for 1 won’t believe it until it is too late. Hold on to him until Christmas and I’ll say this first out loud now,WE’ll BE FURTHER DOWN THE LEAGUE. This shit won’t change, You see.

This is bigger than the manager. He's only part of the problem. Players are spinless and don't want to be here, people making management decisions are clueless etc....

Before today we have played well at times. 

 

The squad needs major surgery. 

Marti picked James and Ramsey and they have both been two of the better players this season. 

Ramsey missing today was absolutely huge for us and it pulled James out of position and meant we had to put soumare in. Soumare who messed up the back pass. The option otherwise was skippy. 

We haven't got a striker and the Carranza loan looks to have not worked out but 2/3 loans working well isn't bad 

 

The squad is just too poor. An injury of two like Ramsey and we end up in a situation like today. 

 

Its an almighty mess caused by the board over several seasons.

 

We could sack Marti but I just cannot see another manager improving us at this point. 

 

This is going to continue and be painful for another 3 to 4 windows untill we can clear the decks. 

 

We just have to trust someone enough with the process when the results are bad. 

 

Is Marti up to it. I just don't know. Is any manger?
