Such a wild strike. Amazing how much power he generated without that much lift. Aesthetically superb.

3 cracking goals tbf. Always loved Hume's curling toe-poke.

Even we can’t lose it from this position…..

This is the club that conceded two in 15 seconds to spurs to turn a 1-0 win into a 2-1 loss in the final seconds

JJ has been fantastic again  today. He does the simple things so well.

Unselfish and smart player. I like that he wants to carry the ball unlike many of the team. I miss having a player like KDH who would move the play quickly, we finally have that, for now.

Don't. I still have nightmares about the first time we threw away a 3 goal advantage to lose 4-3 to Wolves.

I remember leading Newcastle 3-1 with 12 minutes to go and losing 5-3!

It was 2 spurs goals in injury time that has permanently damaged me

They were bleaker back then. There was literally no hope.

We have players like Skipp and James in midfield. Back then it was Gavin Williams and Stephen Hughes. I think Andy Johnson might have been around at time.

I think some people forget how truly bad we were back then.

I’ve not forgotten

I don’t think our financial situation is much better now though.
