It’s irrational I know, but if we win this and put in a decent second half I’ll be Marti in for a while.  So many managers are criticised for being stubborn and having no plan B.  Every week he’s dropped players and reacted to something that’s gone wrong.  And against Derby, Bristol first half and so far today we’ve seen a team pressing, looking dangerous going forward and more like a top 4 championship team.  It’s been progress but we need to push on.  Unfortunately if we throw this away after Wednesday it completely sours the mood and I can see him being in trouble.

Still remember being there when Gudjonsson scored that goal not quite believing what I'd just seen. Fatawu just gave some people a great memory - his goal was better.

Always remember when Gudjonson went to Burnley after AZ because we couldn't afford the £150,000 transfer fee - and he wanted to come back here. God how times changed. Those days were bleak.

Yeah but can we keep a two goal lead! :P.and actually play a good second half!

Surely that will be fresh in the minds and could do us a world of good if we win... although we managed it against Derby

Erm

They were bleaker back then. There was literally no hope.

We have players like Skipp and James in midfield. Back then it was Gavin Williams and Stephen Hughes. I think Andy Johnson might have been around at time.

I think some people forget how truly bad we were back then.

let’s get there first, I genuinely can’t see that if they get one back we see it out.
