Brizzle Fox Posted 17 January Posted 17 January These are shit. They lost to Norwich for God's sake.  Although tbf Norwich now have a proper manager.  We don't have a proper manager, so 3 1 home win. 1
Dan Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Bit of adversity and physicality? I was more sure we'd lose this than Coventry and haven't changed.
Gamble92 Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Hate any game that comes so soon after a defeat like this. Think we played Liverpool away after the Forest cup match a few years ago and I feel a similar kind of feeling for this. Just a nothingness.  Couldn't even watch another game earlier because I just feel sick thinking about how far we have fallen and will continue to fall under this regime.  Â
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Stolarcyzk  Aluko Vestergaard Nelson Choudhury  Skipp James Page  Fatawu Daka Mavididi  I am consistently looking at the suggested line-ups thinking we need at least 4 players who can go straight into the starting 11.
Gazza M Posted 18 January Posted 18 January This is Marti so expecting Hamza in for Ricardo and that's your lot.      1

I do think the manager and situation within the club are making it seem worse (in terms of what we need).  But I would say 4 sounds about right. RB, LB, CB and ST.  I do feel like Aluko could be the RB though. We really need a Morgan/Huth and a Fuchs type. Professional, experienced and strong defensively. If we had that and the defence could be the following, I think we’d be good;  Aluko - New - Nelson - New  Experience at RCB and LB would offset the inexperience at RB and LCB.  A midfield of James - Skipp - Page is absolutely not our problem if picked and in the 8’s breaking style. We do have talent on the wings but it is stifled by the managers lack of ability.
MC Prussian Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Wrexham, Oxford, Charlton next. Â I've said it before, this is the decisive month this season. Lose two or even three, we're done. Win to or even three, anything is possible. Â I'm not confident at all. Mainly thanks to Marti. 1
Katy Posted 18 January Posted 18 January They’re going to pump us dry. Not because they’re any good but because we’re very, very bad.Â
NorthWalesFox Posted 18 January Posted 18 January This will be my first game in 10 years  im on a personal undefeated streak of 19 games when attending, got a feeling this city team won’t help get me to 20.  can’t wait for this season to be over
Tomo260 Posted 18 January Posted 18 January (edited) I think if we lose this Marti just absolutely has to go. I actually thought that most of the players were almost good yesterday, it's our ridiculous and predictable tactics that screwed us more. Â I'm not even bothered about making the playoffs anymore I just want to see some good football and be a top half team Edited 18 January by Tomo260 2
beepee1984 Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Jacob / Begovic  Ricci Vestergaard Nelson Hamza / Okoli  Skipp James  Monga Reid Mavididi  Daka  Thomas & Okoli have to be dropped as they are liabilities - although tempted by Okoli at LB, wasn't awful at RB earlier in the season.  Jacob was strong aerially earlier in the season, but he seems to be all over the place recently - Maybe time to bring in Begovic, but my concern is what would that do to Jacobs confidence and I think we need to continue building  Ricci can't last 90 minutes twice a week, but he should be playing 60 minutes a game and with no left back option, Hamza has to play LB. At 60 minutes Aluko needs to come on and gain match time experience until he is ready to start weekly  Page needs more game time and should be used as a 2nd half sub again - was thinking about him starting, but although Thomas is the worst fault for Coventry's 2nd goal, Page completely misjudged the ball when he should have been heading clear  Daka over Ayew - doesn't really matter, both offer different things and that is both not a lot. Ayew had his chance against Coventry and now it's Dakas turn.  Monga starting over Fatawu. Abdul simply has too many poor games and makes poor choices and needs to know he is not above being dropped - but he is a match winner and should always be on in the last 30 minutes, so he should be brought on against tired defences  Â
trugerkem Posted 18 January Posted 18 January They have scored in every home game this season and we havent had a clean sheet for 21 games…. What could possibly go wrongÂ
whoareyaaa Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Need to win this to keep in touch with the top 6 if we can try and sneak in there come the end of the season we need to win the next 3 out of 4 but we do need a couple of additions to have any chance.
Popular Post adejo92 Posted 18 January Popular Post Posted 18 January Less than 10 years ago we travelled to Spain to watch us face Oblak, Griezmann & Torres's Athletico Madrid in the Champions League Quater Final. Â On Tuesday, we travel to Wales to get played off the park by a team made up of Matty James, Lewis Brunt and Danny fvcking ward. Â Let that sink in. Â Less than 10 years. 2 6

It's not happening. Â More concerned with staving off relegation after the shafting we get, whenever it gets implemented.

I don’t think Leicester are fit enough these days to go 90 minutes in the Championship not to mention the Champions league. Cost me a lot of money to go to Spain but it was well worth it because the club fans players in unison were giving it everything and living the dream. 1

You can make up 6 points pretty quick but yea if we do get the 6-9 deduction then we have no chance especially if we don't add to the squad.
