Play out from the back with players that can't do it. Stick with the same formation that has got us to lower echelons of the table, asking for trouble. 

 

Mediocre players on high wages.

I think with a defensive minded coach (which we’ve needed for years now) we might have a chance of getting one this season in JL now in.

Ordinarily a new manager would look at this and focus on making us hard to beat and tighter at the back but 16 or so 0-0’s wouldn’t be enough. It’s a general culture of sloppiness, lack of responsibility, organisation and standards. Putting Luke Thomas on a team sheet gives the opponents an XG OF +1 before a ball is kicked.
