Could have picked either of the new lads or Page instead of Reid, and Aluko instead of Ricardo

But that is just hindsight, although I admit that I am just about sick of Ricardo, which is tough to say.

I thought Nelson and especially Lascelles were good. They were just under intense pressure because of the full backs (among others).

Lascelles is what Vestergaard should’ve been for us in the perfect world: a great big confident central defender. I hope he sticks around; agree on Nelson too, although he is pretty slow for a lad.

We’ve now got decent CBs but absolutely garbage full backs - the fact Ricardo is the leagues highest paid player is an absolute inditement as to whats been happening at this club in recent seasons

Hire a ****ing manager and sack off players like Reid and Ayew.

Once again, I also can't believe we didn't sign a striker. What the hell is this club thinking.

They're young, but I thought we signed two, plus an attacking midfielder.

You could call it hindsight in fairness and its down to preference, but I dont wanna see reid starting games when we have been so shit all season. I know we dont know what these new lads are like but I believe we look better with Page on than reid anyway

Yeah, I agree with that actually. Start Page as the 10 and Aluko at RB. And try to forget we need a LB. lol

Red cards are doing us in more. Pathetic our players are resorting to self inflicting wounds now.

Doomed. Going to start planning out my england trip  by looking at the top half of league one and see which games I want to attend lol

Not seen any of the game or any of the key incidents yet but you can't have players sent off in the first half and expect to win games.

King has been threw under a bus.

Anyone else 😂

We quite honestly don’t have anyone we are just rotating shit tossers around, the only decent leader in our squad is Lascelles, the young lads need time to adapt to men’s football, always another odd but unsurprising Rudkin move

Well, 90% of posters on here pre match were praising the line up.

Same formation, downgrade of winks to Aribo, physically feeble players in Reid, Ricky and Thomas. Why were so many happy at the start? The selection and tactics were as obvious as they were painful.

The definition of madness.

Question is who do you put in? I may have missed them but we seem to be lacking quality strong leaders, we are playing the shit lord Rudkin the mighty league winner has signed

Is this one of those things that if you stare at the shit for 20 seconds...then blink and look up to the ceiling, you see a vision of Christ the Lord?

It does look like that sometimes, though I remember Maresca praising him for his pace. Every now and then he wins a foot race, but perhaps isn't the most agile of CBs.

Another game where a section of our support coked up spend their day chanting Tommy Robinson stuff on the train into Birmingham and then blue on blue in the away end.

Nelson is alright but I’m not convinced he’ll be a Premier League quality centre back.
