Oxford have accrued more points in the last week than we have in the last 2 months. Wouldn't be surprised if its us and West brom who go down.

That dawned on me yesterday driving home 🫣

Norwich are the best side in the Championship in 2026—we probably won’t face another side as good as them. Ipswich next week will also be difficult but the remaining 10 are all very winnable—or at least they should be. The problem is, our players don’t look up to it. I was a bit more optimistic after the Stoke and Middlesbrough games but yesterday shocked me. Rowett looked shocked too. I suspect he’s starting to realise just how deep the rot is.

But let's be positive

We have had a wonderful 11 years.😜

Let's look forward to Ansty Nomads in the big pre season  friendly finale

On paper we have more favourable fixtures in April and May but that means very little when you're as useless as us. Unless we have some magical turn around, we're staying up on luck rather than merit.

11 games? Here is the 10 game form guide for you. Something DRASTIC has to change. (edit - and our only win was against West Brom! - And we only won that in the last minute for a hopeful strike from Abdul).

I forget how bad we are until I get to the game and watch us for the 1st 20 / 30 minutes.

There really is nothign about our play where you think there will be any upturn.

Next week Sheff Weds away and even then they'll have to be feeling mighty sorry for themselves

I can't see where the goals are coming from, let alone wins.

I had renewed optimism after Stoke and Boro but, yesterday was a return to reality.

Daka and Ayew are not strikers. Daka is a willing runner, decent athlete but has lost any semblance of attacking instinct.

Ayew is a waster; the 3rd best player in his family.

Fatawu is magician - he occasionally pulls a rabbit out of a hat or he disappears.

Mavididi has been middling for 2 years.

Reid, no.

Jordan James and Mukasa may offer some hope but I don't think it will be enough.

I think we're done.

Turns out we`ve been a one man team for over a decade, Gob bless Vardy.

Without him we create nothing and score even less.

Based on the number of chances and scoring opportunities we created this season we`re lucky to be where we are now.

If this doesn`t change we`re down.

West Brom look even worse tbh. We really should be outperforming them even taking the above into account.

Nah - we had good players for a while. Barnes, Madders, Kasper, Youri, Ndidi. We were not a one man team. Just Vardy made us better, and clubs feared him.

4 wins and a few draws should be enough to finish above baggies and oxford.

True, but it could be albion and city going down. Oxford have beaten both.

I could tell after the first 10 mins that it was going to be another poor performance. We were so flat. Might be that 3 games in a week was too much. Maybe should have started Aribo and tried Richards upfront. Let's face it couldn't have been much worse. Energy levels were way down on 2 previous games. One saving grace is JJ back. But that says it all that we are reliant on one player. Keep playing Okoli and Nelson at the back and will keep on leaking goals.
