Aside from our horrific defending, the other thing that really troubles me is that we just don't take enough shots. Today we got into so many good positions around the box but then the final pass is awful, or we just take the wrong option such as passing rather than shooting. Only 9 shots in a home game against QPR is terrible. By contrast, West Brom and Blackburn both racked up 20+ shots.

They should be good enough and maybe two thirds of the squad are, but if the senior management and ownership don't show any bother about the club and no interest in the players or supporters, why should they be bothered?

 

For all that the players aren't showing much, if your owner can't be arsed and the club management are inept, you're bound to become demoralised.

Well, if Trump's claim that Iranian soldiers are running around without arms or legs, it wouldn't make a lot of difference as that's pretty much what we do every week.

That’s a dreadful and depressing stat for second half isn’t lt. I turned off as they scored their third; calmed down and watched again for the last 15 hoping we might have scored one back and were pushing for a draw but it’s so weak and slow. Why doesn’t somebody grab the game and just have a bloody good go. Why are Mavs and Abdul so greedy when we want them to lift their heads up and look for a progressive simple pass.
