Winstonthedog Posted 25 April Posted 25 April Anyone who doesn't play the tippy - tappy - lack of direction- a thousand passes and we haven't left left our own half - numbingly dull boring over exhaurated football that turns people off the game ..... give us some fu*king passion ... something to enjoy ... some excitement... going to a game with anticipation and talking points for a few days after the game 1
Popular Post cityfanlee23 Posted 25 April Popular Post Posted 25 April (edited) It's just sickening to know that I spent the best part of 6 months banging on about Danny Rohl, only for us to miss out on him by 1 week where we refused to pay for him to come, then went for Cifuentes days before Rohl left Wednesday on a free, Then ended up having to spend money sacking cifuentes and signing the likes of Carranza, Aribo, Ramsey on decent wages. Rohl has taken Rangers from 17 points from the top, and playing like a non league club, to now just 1 point from the title. We would not have been anywhere near this situation imo. Leicesterpool Posted 25 April Posted 25 April Russ Martin will want a championship, he has high opinion of himself. He may wait to see if De Zerbi sticks around at Tottenham go down. 1

What's the gain in an emerging promising newcomer when you can opt for 'Experience'? 1

Popular Post Winstonthedog Posted 25 April Popular Post Posted 25 April (edited) Whoever it is .... it won't be announced anytime soon .... why give a new manager time to settle in, start to build a team and style of play .... instead wait until the first week in August and make all the same mistakes again ..... there has to be a case that king power are not fit and proper owners Edited 25 April by Winstonthedog Spelling 5
PAULCFC Posted 25 April Posted 25 April Would a certain Mr Savage be in the mix......doing good things with Forest Green? 1 1
winteriscoming Posted 25 April Posted 25 April Wouldn’t surprise me if we ended up with someone like Neil Critchley. Currently assistant to Gary O’Neil at Strasbourg. Has previous experience in league 1 with Blackpool.

Muzzy_no7 Posted 25 April Author Posted 25 April I’d be gobsmacked if it isn’t Ben Wilkinson or Danny Walker 1

jrfernandesc Posted 25 April Posted 25 April If you look at Leicester’s market behavior since Top took over, you can see there’s a pretty clear pattern in their managerial appointments at the start of seasons. Basically, the club tends to go for: • Managers in the 42–46 age range • Experience in the Championship/Premier League or as a high-level assistant in England (like at the Manchester clubs) • A preference for a back four (4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3) • One interesting detail: all of them had already faced Leicester before, either as a manager or assistant • And a career points per game average between 1.35 and 1.71 Filtering the market based on that and only considering managers who are currently available: • Ruben Selles • Michael Beale • Lee Grant
