I agree that the issues are above him. But Rowett has shown zero tactical awareness and done absolutely nothing differently to try and change the results during matches. Rowett is not the answer for next season and neither is Martin. 2 wins from 14 is pathetic. Relegating 2 sides in one season is some achievement. 3
