As the thread title says really 

 

What will the club say at the end of the match that relegates us/ end of the season?

 

You can’t copy their statement from last year about having their place in the football league confirmed.

 

And we know they won’t use the word ‘relegation’ either

'Leicester City can confirm they will compete in League One next season' 

 

As you say, they won't use the word 'relegation'. 

 

There'll be loads of clichés about 'we will work hard to return back to the Championship' and 'every effort will be made to ensure this doesn't happen again'. Whilst at the same time making no effort and not working hard at all to prevent such embarrassment striking us.

I predict there won't be one. They'll hide and just not say anything 

 

Or it'll be one sentence:

 

"Today's result has confirmed our place in the EFL League 1 for next season."

There was nothing I could do. Jon and I told the horrible fans to get behind the team. Now I have to look after this little team because of them. This will not stop our ambitions
