LCFC pleased to confirm RVN returns to lead the squad to success in League One

Haha you joke but I doubt he could’ve done any worse than what has happened this year.

The work starts now 💪. Today we can confirm the club will be working hard to secure our place in the Championship for the 2027/28 season #FoxesForward

“We Will Be Back”

“An exciting new challenge”

Deflect focus onto Ricardo “All things must end”

“Come early for the Millwall game and enjoy a urine based lager substitute and an experimental pineapple cake thingy we found rotting in the stock room of a King Power store representing a beneficial tax  write off.”

”We will take time to reflect”

”We believe in our young players, they will ensure  a successful future for the club” (on a day none featured)

They will be hoping that the gap isn't more than 6 points.  Then they can blame the points deduction.

If they publicly did that It would be one of the most disgusting things they've ever, ever done and is completely and utterly unforgivable.

It will just be a terse "Our place in League One for the 2026/27 season has been confirmed"

‘It’s not an easy day’ - Ricardo Periera post Hull City

‘We must pick ourselves up and react’ Gary Rowett’s thoughts post Hull City

Accompanied with match day photos of players standing around hands on their hips and some of the following captions as we’re 2-0 down 34 minutes in with 1 shot on target

‘Pace from Patson ️’

‘Stolarczyk stands strong 🧱’

‘Winksy getting on the ball 🧠’

‘Bobby trying to make us tick ’

This is eerily good..

This is a good punt

I used AI to draft a likely press release, making it look like something you'd boast in a bad LinkedIn post, and it came up with this:

Embracing Disruption: Why Leicester City’s 3-Tier Pivot is a Masterclass in Strategic Re-Alignment
I’m thrilled to share a massive update on Leicester City’s journey. Some might look at our trajectory—Premier League Champions to Championship, and now battling toward League One—and see "relegation."
I see a proactive, radical restructuring of operational focus.
Here’s why moving down is actually moving up:
  • Drastic Lean Management: We are stripping away the bloated overhead of luxury top-flight wages. By moving to League One, we are achieving peak efficiency.
  • 🌍 Enhanced Market Expansion: We are moving away from overcrowded Premier League competition to pioneer new, untapped markets in League One. #Disruption
  • 🏆 Return to "Underdog" Culture: We won the league at 5000-1. Staying in the Premiership is easy. But doing it all again from the third tier? That’s premium storytelling. It’s not just football; it’s a #FairytaleReboot.
  • 🏟️ Community Centric Growth: Smaller stadiums mean we are closer to our fans. It’s an intimate, exclusive premium experience.
As we stare at the very real possibility of back-to-back-to-back pivots, I want to thank the loyal Foxes fans for embracing this "Yo-Yo" strategy.
When you’ve been at the top, the only way to get a new perspective is to go back to the bottom.

You are back to where we started. But you got a nice new training ground out of it. Only trouble we can’t afford to run it.
