This kind of journalism annoys me, yet we get it all the time.

Decisions to make? Really? You mean he doesn't just randomly select 11 players and tell them to just go out and enjoy themselves?

 

I wonder how many time we'll be told that managers have decisions to make through the World Cup.

Norway manager throwing a little hissyfit because Scotland canceled a closed door friendly yesterday because of injury in the squad. 

 

I'm less fussed about the tantrum of a failed Wolves manager than I am about the supposed injury because you just know it's not to Hanley, Dykes or McLean. It's going to be McTominay, McGinn or someone like that.

Its possible we (Scotland) could qualify for the next round with just 3 points, but this would require a significant win in the fist game.   However...... is anyone else getting Costa Roca / Iran / Peru vibes??

1-1 draw v Morocco 

Battling 2-2 draw with Brazil, out as the 9th best 3rd place team.

Do they only have one song? No Scotland, no party. I think the WC will probably manage without them. Arrogance, delusion or just taking the piss out of themselves?

 

I shall mostly be supporting Haiti.

A lot of it is self-deprecating but then you get the obnoxious people like Jim White and Shebahn Aherne who we would rather do without.

I don't want Scotland to win but they've got some real talent in the middle of the pitch, they really should be putting Haiti to bed pretty comfortably and getting out of this group as one of the third places.

 

The current versions of Morocco and Brazil are very very dislikable n all, that would be a match I'd normally look forward to

If Scotland manage not to win against Haiti they'd better dismantle the team, quit football as a sport and focus on Netball or Knitting Championships.
