Ok ok, let's relax a bit folks, that was an incredibly poor Paraguay team they've beaten there. Proper let the occasion get to them and will no doubt struggle in their other games too. They looked out on their arse by the half hour mark.

 

Plus this is a Pocchetino team we're talking about. He's the reason Spurs became a meme. They'll buckle as soon as they face the slightest bit of pressure, rather than a team rolling onto their back and asking Donald Trump to kiss their belly.

 

Let them get carried away. A Maracana-type humiliation the moment they face a serious football team would be glorious.

Paraguay were pitifully bad TBF. I felt kind of sorry for them.

 

The US will come unstuck against a better side, but I do have a feeling they’ll do alright sadly.

I know what it stands for, but it's not like the women's team are playing in the same tournament, why not just USA or the United States...like any other country is my point. Just seems odd. Should be EMNFT for us then.

Anyone outside of the US wont want them to win for many differing reasons. That said,  they played well, kicked ass and it is what it is.

 

It's one game but if that is anything to go by they should be going places this tournament.
