I have a tiny bit of sympathy for him in that he still has an unsettled squad due to our inability to finalise deals. Some clear gaps in the squad and too many who shouldn’t be here. Get the window closed and see how he gets on with a settled squad.

I understand there are gaps in the squad but he has removed players with serious transfer speculation from the squad. The players currently involved are likely to be for the season.

When even Facebook blue-heart-emoji-posting Thermos carriers hate his football, he isn’t going to get much time before fans begin to turn.

The board are thick.

Those managers are infinitely better imo, and that’s a fact. Martin, is bang average imo, and it shows results wise.

5-0 loss at Mansfield, cracking tactical display from Luton.

edited as Wilshires immense tactics and management is increasing the loss even further

Never mind they only lost 5-2 brilliant manager

I hate this about Leicester fans.

I don't want this shit sandwich but I'll eat it and see if it's any good

Eh? I said I'd judge him after 10 league games.

Giving somebody 10 league games before calling for their head is hardly absolving them of any accountability.

Projecting 'happy clapper' onto anyone who isn't constantly and immediately nihilistic is just ****ing tedious.

You also said you really didn't want him appointed.

I don’t. He may have his preferred style, but if you don’t have the tools to do it you adapt….. you try to win football matches, he isn’t, he’s stroking his ego whilst achieving nothing.

This is it, you adapt and have multiple plans to face a team. It’s lazy and arrogant to have one way and that’s it.  Blaming the lack of players for his style is just a cope, along with give him 10 games etc, just like the current cope about Reid being good enough at this level.

We all knew his reputation of failure, he’s a meme in the uk footballing world for a reason.

He needs to start to quicken up the pace and players make better decisions over his perceived style or their understanding of it.

Reid has to be the next change, along with starting Alves and Howell. If this doesn’t happen next game then I can also see Skipp

coming straight back in when he’s available.

Everything we are seeing tactic wise is a known known.

Yes, but as I also said now he is I'll give him (and anyone representing my club) a chance.

I'm not narrow minded enough to think my first impression about things can be wrong :dunno:

Yes we have been let down by a lot of players over last few years and the owners have done a shit job but you and many others seem to think this current crop of players which is pretty much a whole new team should romp the league. You hold them to the same standard as the teams we had over last 2 or 3 years. They have hardley played together they have had 3 games and your all throwing your toys out the pram. All I’m saying is give them a fare sample of games and some time before you start booing them.

We've had a very easy start, the majority of the players he's started have been at the club several years, yet we're still winless.

The last home match losing to Burton was an embarrassment.

Martin talks about halting our slide down the leagues, that's no what fans expect we demand instant wins and promotion.

He has to win tomorrow, no excuses.

Reality will hit when we play a team that’s actually half decent in transition. Which from what I know of Plymouth they are.

Beating us under Brussel will be fairly easy if you’ve got a half decent striker and wingers, we’re not particularly a threat in front of goal, so if you can contain us, we’re susceptible on the counter. Will be interesting tomorrow, if there is a test on this league, Plymouth are the first, and I’m not convinced at all with how we are at the minute……

Yep pull the trigger ASAP.

Anyone with a brain knew this was a disaster of an appointment. The man is an arrogant stubborn loser.

I’m absolutely convinced appointing him was self sabotage. It has to be.

MARTIN OUT. KING POWER OUT.

We go down with Martin in charge.

We have a great team but will fail under him.

Look at what happened at Southampton. Got better after he was sacked.

Look what happened at rangers they almost won the league after they Sacked him.

We are going down

Generally agree with the sentiment but didn’t they finish about 10 points behind Celtic in 3rd?

They did and that was Celtic who had Wilfred Nancy managing them and not winning games for about two months
