Glaringly obvious that we need a decent CF and I'd like us to get a nasty CDM to give us a bit of bite and leadership. Otchere with a fortunate goal and not much else.

Burton defender looks like a right King Cnut.

Thought the same, not sure what his issue is, he shoved alves earlier in the half for no reason at all

You say fortunate, I say he was in the exact place he needed to be.

Otchere didn’t look great but decent positioning and follow up for the goal. Fact he’s got under the skin of a 34 year old and didn’t look bothered in the slightest is also a positive

How's Braybrooke done in the 8 role? Much prefer him running the show from the base of midfield but we're lumbered with the WW1 shell shocked lad for another 3 years.

Personally think his looked out of his depth.

He’s not consistent first team ready, but he does seem to have a habit of popping up in the right place. But we desperately need a proper striker

What you would expect from him, just keeps the ball moving, comfortable in possession, and picks nice passes. Only criticism is he is light weight, he is well capable of doing the winks role, without the Aperol.

Yeah we need someone to lead the line who's quick and physical and Otchere and Hutchinson competing for game time which they'd both still get, as will Evans who I see as a player Martin will use anywhere across the front three.

A couple of million could get us an ideal profile of player but a) not sure we'll have sufficient and b) don't trust the current recruitment network to know how to identify such a player.

Nice of the club to give us a timely reminder that we're still infested with morons at every level off the pitch even if things improve on it lol

Yes not a bad habit for a striker.

Youngsters look good whilst our more established players like Skipp and Mav look ordinary.

Yeah you are absolutely right. The "experienced" heads have been the ones who have let us down.
