I missed a large part of that. I saw that Kirsten Otchere scored again. Anyone know how he played? 19 years old, bagged a few in the PL2 last season. Could he be a decent option off the bench next season?

Being at the game I thought he was decent. Lot of good runs off the ball which weren't picked out by the likes of Skipp who would rather turn back.

 

Always available, physical. Not first choice by any means but think he could be a useful squad option.

Think he is still a bit raw but does look physically ready for pro football- if I had my way we’d sign a couple strikers and loan him out to League 2

This is the best we’ve looked during pre season for some time. 
 

We’re miles ahead of Burton, and that’s without any signings. 
 

I was impressed today, that’s the first bit of football I’ve probably enjoyed for about three years.

I think we yet again saw reasons for positivity today.

 

With the youngsters coming through, we finally have a reason to care again. Seeing the likes of Aluko, Braybrooke, Page, Alves, Carr it makes you excited and motivated to watch Leicester City, something which has been badly missing over the past few seasons.

 

We’ve already got rid of some of the shit, but if the likes of Okoli and Faes follow, it will feel like a massive weight has been lifted. 
 

I thoroughly expect a few to stay, probably Choudhury and Thomas being the main two, but if we can bring in the right experience and quality to mix with these exciting youngsters, maybe we can finally start to feel optimistic.

They’ll be many fans though that will be glad to see the youngsters coming through, while being relieved that the likes of Ayew, Daka, Winks, Vestergaard will never put a Leicester shirt on again.

I was impressed with the young lads i can see us performing well with alot of these youngsters in the 1st team squad I do hope we sign another striker aswell as ings (if this happens) as he wont stay fit! But dont think we need too many new bodies coming in based on what I have seen from the 2 out of 3 pre season games I have seen so far! We have some young talented players that can fill the gaps left by the high waged departures! And some of them are better quality then what was playing last season!
