99.1% BLUE Posted 7 August Posted 7 August Hi All, looking for a little bit of guidance. My dad is trying to go the football tomorrow , we are taking an exchange student. My dad has had a knee operation recently, and isn’t super mobile…. I am about to buy tickets in the walkers hall. Does that mean there will be less steps, can you get a lift the first portion? Also can they get a drink and a sit down down before the game in a lounge…? Also is there bigger seats? Sorry for all the questions Thanks in advance helping us sort this.

It felt like a misunderstanding that had upset you, so i just wanted to be clear about that. fazzyfox Posted 7 August Posted 7 August An interesting one with the scheduling, previous years it comes between early season league games and you typically play a changed line up. With this being the first game there’s no established line up to change. What I’d like to see is where possible the youngsters preferred to the seniors (what are we going to learn about Skipp, Reid, Faes , Choudhury and Mavididi that we don’t already know). Then if it goes well let them keep their place, prove to them that the pathway is clear. Some of the new signings may need the chance to build relationships and gel into the team but as for the bunch who let everyone down so badly, they should be at the back of the queue for a starting place. Just maybe don’t read too much into the line up, it could still be an extension of pre-season getting minutes in, a half and half or 2nd 11 team or with injuries and different states of readiness just the best available on the day?

Email [email protected] in the morning (or call if they are open - there's an option on the main number) and I'm sure they'll be able to help... for all the faults of the club they are absolutely superb. 2

Sorry for all the questions Thanks in advance helping us sort this. The people supervising the "first floor" section are usually very helpful & I'm sure will sort you out. Once you get into the Walkers Hall or Keith Weller lounges there are only a few steps up to the seats. There doesn't look that too many tickets have been sold so I would ask if you can sit near the front so you won't have to many steps to go up. The seats are padded & the view is excellent 1
