Just survive today and convincing is less of a job- if we do as we are meant to and go up I am sure he will see the value in starting a championship season for a side with some momentum. If we stay down he’ll just go for the same amount next summer

Better for him to become a nailed on starter and a top L1 player. 2
Claudio Fannieri Posted 1 September Posted 1 September I have a feeling he is the sacrificial lamb to enable us to move out the likes of Faes, Coulibaly, Okoli etc. reckon by securing £10m for Page will probably mean we can take a reduced fee for the others to get them out the door and the club/accountants will justify it as it will save £x hundred thousands off the weekly wage bill.

We’re like the idiot sitting at the poker table with no idea how to make money from a winning hand and even less how to make money from a poor hand. 1 1

Blodge96 Posted 1 September Posted 1 September After seeing his performance at the weekend, nothing short of £30m. You simply cannot sell him at this stage, even with an immediate loan back. Maybe if it was a 3-year loan I'd be open to it. **** United
