We've been crying out for wasting money we don't have by paying off our 3rd choice keeper, to bring in another 3rd choice keeper who'll never play to be fair.

So, naturally, I'm delighted we got this over the line.

Smells of another panic buy to fill a number.

Doubt any long term thought was taken for him to challenge for the no 1 spot.

Club recruitment is poor....

Why the **** do we need 3 keepers? especially a shit one, anyone can be shit in goal. The club is ****ing unreal, absolutely off its head, no proper striker, 3 keepers. Top work by the football department yet again, clear to see standards have been raised by Rudkin and his band of useless ****s. He HAS to **** off!

Not sure why this deal is generating messages like this. We will always want one goalkeeper and one sub keeper every first team match day. If one of them gets injured (and one already is!) then we'd be scraping by with an untried youth teamer player - that's bad planning by any stretch of the imagination. Three reasonably first-team keepers is the minimum we should have if (as we hope) we are going to challenge to get out of this league.

To put in further context, what would everyone be saying if McCarthy's current injury kept him out until Christmas? Stolarczyk had injuries last year in his only season as our number one and he'll be even more exposed to challenges/potential injury in Martin's style of play. It would be reckless NOT to sign anyone when you think of it like this.

This keeper is a friend of someone, look how the manager greeted him in the social media video, they know each other well, it looked like he was about to give him a reach around.

Quite obvious that he's filling the place of Vietes and McCarthy was favoured over giving Begovic a contract to fill the elderly goalkeeper that acts as mentor.

I get why fans are critical after what we have endured but you don't need to react like this to a 2nd choice goalkeeper deal.

scenes when Dad calls him Ravioli, not even to be funny but because he actually thinks that's his name

Its in the context of pure ineptitude by the club, release a keeper they deem shit that was signed last year, bring in another keeper who appears to be utterly shit, all when we have ZERO senior strikers at the club and are sending the youngsters out on loan. Its like this club has no intention of winning football matches, the guys running the show honestly have no clue what they are doing.

He’s worked with Martin before at mk dons.

I think Martin has brought in a personality he knows well for the 3rd choice role and I don’t think that’s a bad thing

If both 1st and 2nd choice keepers were injured we’d be able to get an emergency loan in. Completely irrelevant
