We beat Rotherham at a similar time of the season.

On a positive note, there were some reasonable performances. Once we sack the manager and go for a more aggressive, positive game plan we may well start to win again.

After the last few years, today’s performance was more than promising. It feels different and apart from BCR & Thomas a fresh energy. The old guard has all but gone & that’s the first step of many. Something we can get behind.

Are we not seeing the passes or just executing them poorly. If it's the first you can coach that, if it's the movement you can coach that. If it's the technique/Skill to actually pick the pass we could be waiting a long time these players are playing in league 1 for a reason.

The only positive to take is at least we’re consistent….at not being able to win games. Only thing we’ve been consistent with for 3 whole seasons

People kick and scream for us to give young lads a chance, for a lot of this side their a season or 2 at most into regular competitive football. We know the likes of Souttar, Thomas, Skipp, Burns, Cullen and BDCR have let us down so far, but its clear the manager is also going to give the likes of Joseph, Braybrooke, Alves, Page, Watson, and Howell a chance to be part of this squad. For me we will only get stronger this season, it takes time. 

 

The more experienced players need to up their game, the club needs to get their act together and get a goalscorer in. As for the manager, I enjoyed that today, are there things Id change, yes, but some of our football was brilliant and im convinced we would have 3 points if BDCR finishes that chance, or Braybrooke or Joseph's chances fall the other side of the woodwork. 

 

Individual errors have cost us so far this season, but they are getting less and on the last two performances we are getting better. Over to the club to define our season, a goalscorer in and I think we become a force. Don't get one and I think it becomes a longer, harder more frustrating season.

I just think people are underestimating how hard changing the momentum around after 2 dreadful years and a rancid squad is going to take.

 

We were pretty poor under Enzo for the first 5 but managed to get points.

 

It will be interesting to see where we are by game 10.

The game was unbelievably easy for MK and that’s entirely down to our tactics.
