Even if/when they do - it'll only be becauses chances at the autos are close to being lost.

Then they will take 2-3 weeks to appoint the successor. 

The successor will be cut from the same cloth, so all of the fundamental problems with the 'passive-possession-at-all-costs-which-leaves-us-vulnerable-and-neuters-our-attack' style the club wants, will persist

I have said my bit on RM. We have just lost 4 nil at home to Oxford. Let that sink in.

 

A good proportion of the managers in recent times have not been good enough. The common theme is who keeps selecting them. If it is true that we have been after RM for a while then that hirer is the issue. Top won't get rid of himself. He needs to start thinking like a businessman. He then can maximise his sale price, which makes financial sense.

 

I wonder if we could tempt someone to come as DOF to start again. Rudkin has to go because not only do the fans dislike him but it may be that anyone decent won't work with him. I would like to see someone like nigel Pearson or someone like Neil Warnock. They have the experience to oversee the start of an overhaul that we are absolutely crying out for. 

 

We need to stabalise quickly and I don't think the free fall has ended yet.

Heard Albrighton’s interview even he thinks there becomes a time when you have to stop changing managers. Martin will not be gone until at least Christmas time running up into the Jan transfer window. They’ll give home at least 16 games imo

Listening to Vardy, Morgan, Simpson, Albrighton, Fuchs all have some say (primarily extremely vague and uninsightful) about the club's demise only shows how dim/blinkered they are or that they're not willing to say what the matter really is.

 

They all seem completely dumbfounded by the deroute. But all of them will also speak highly of Rodgers/Pearson even Maresca, smack Puel, and be ambivalent about Ranieri. My guess is they're out of touch with the club or just haven't a clue about how to run a football club (and why would they?)

I'm sick of listening to all of them, title winners or not they all sound like idiots when it comes to the club now

Every time we have a next manager thread, people always suggest people as if they're going to be the saviour. There's no chance. The club's had it under these charlatans.

I thought that at the start of the season, however I think they are going to have no choice.A comfortable defeat on Saturday may be enough but if not Barnsley will be the end.

This could go on and on like Cifuentes. Just winning the odd game here and there. People saying he'll get sacked if he loses the next three games, only for him to win the third one. However, I don't think they'll sack him anytime soon as he'll argue he needs time to bed the new players in. But should we get thumped at Stockport and then lose against Barnsley the following weekend, he may not be given that time.

Apart from decent managers probably wanting to swerve Rudkin, you also have the For Sale sign up & that usually brings a new manager also. So big as Leicester are in D3, the club is remarkably unattractive for upwardly mobile CV types. 

 

Its a right pickle. A will get worse before getting better possibly type of colossal generational fcuk up we have here

I'll save you all some time - they will spend 3 weeks trying to appoint Graham Potter, and then will end up going for someone shit like Matt Bloomfield or Liam Manning because they can do a good powerpoint presentation.

The problem with changing Manager again is we're still stuck with players on long Contracts who the new Manager doesn't want.

 

We really need to get smarter with our Contracts.

All of Brussells mates should have had a clause that said if he is sacked their contracts drop to one year, and can increase back to the signed duration based on a fan vote.
