That's one way of looking at it, another way is that if we don't make our feelings heard, the owners will stick to their £200m want for the club and not be in any rush to sell. Also in the meantime we go further down the leagues. Make our feelings known and changes the momentum potentially of the sale and they accept a lower offer.

Supporting what exactly? We hired an incompetent coach who is not going to get this team promoted that’s on the board if we don’t get promoted we will be in administration that’s also on the board, the board make continually daft decisions that’s also on the board.

Instead we’ve got fans applauding back-to-back relegations.

Just look at the Lazio fan base at the minute. Not attending home games in protest at their owner. Or like when the Marseille fans forced their match against Rennes in 2021 to be postponed because they invaded the pitch and set off fireworks causing a fire!

 

We are far too passive. I'm not saying we should act like hooligans but you're right - we have people applauding relegations or four nil home defeats. We need to find our voice and quick! Sit in protest? Boycott home games?

Awful decision making across the club has brought the fan base to a place of misery and despair. 

At the same time our fan base no longer lives in the real world.

Combined it's pretty awful. I'm not a fan of the booing of players immediately from kick off.

Club is rotten to the core and that’s board,players & fans. Unfortunately there will be no recover from this unless a sale is done imminently. Players hear the boos and tbh I don’t think they give a rats arse what us fans think. Maybe the younger players but the majority of them don’t give a toss. Club died when Vichai passed.

I go to support the team, having played the game at an ok level you never got the best out of those around by being negative to them individually, zero logic.

 

While I fully understand why people hate seeing (I get why people boo) this and it's been horrid shite football for so many years of club mismanagement the ongoing booing at the beginning and during games is pretty fecking stupid. But the booing is clearly is a consequence of the many years mistakes off the field and amazingly then doubled down by appointing RM to continue this horrendous obsession, it feels like a parting shot from Top, knowing you're putting up the club for sale.

 

I just think I'll cut back or stop going, life in general I try to remove anything negative surrounding it, watching us is torture and the atmosphere is depressing. Thanks Top, please hurry up and fck off.

Mentality is a big deal in football, any sport, and it’s very likely most will be affected by the anger coming the way of the certain players/the manager imo.

Personally, its the toxic element that make me worried. Threatening fans for clapping the team. Spending half the game shouting at the opposition fans rather than supporting the team. We really do have some numpties in Leicester!

This isn't true. A lot of fans turned after the equalizer. There was plenty of time to find a winner - but the fans were too angry to get behind the team.
