Don't know what to make of the American businessmen, are they seriously interested or is this just a ploy to get Milan to bid? Are they after a plaything or a business to sink their debts into? Do they have experience running sports clubs? Who has more money? How much would they put in? Is that as important as experience in this area? Are they even football fans?

As excited as I am, there remains the distinct possibility that we could finish the season with the same bunch of people in the boardroom that there were at the begining.

Should be enough to get out of this league. Once we're in the Premier we'd get £25m with no significant out goings apart from player wages and to pay back MM.

Sounds like a perfectly good business investment to me. With a short pay back period I can't see any reason why the investment won't take place!
