izzetafox? Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 My friend at work who is good friends with Weso's dad said he is unhappy and wants to leave for a bigger club!!!!
Stevosevic Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Well he hasn't exactly been outstanding this season has he?
izzetafox? Posted 28 November 2007 Author Posted 28 November 2007 I doubt this very much. i cant believe it myself, but if he wants to go, as the other poster says he hasnt set the place alight this year anyway...
Raj Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 i cant believe it myself, but if he wants to go, as the other poster says he hasnt set the place alight this year anyway... I sit next to a bloke who is very good friends with Weso's dad. I will ask him on Sat. Id be suprised if he is unhappy at City.

Thracian Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Ummm. These comments have been made before and he's still here looking as enthusiastic as ever. Not saying there's no truth in it but it could as easily be a hint about a better contract.
The People's Hero Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Not saying there's no truth in it but it could as easily be a hint about a better contract. Perhaps he should get his head down and justify it then. He must be fairly close to making the transition from amazing youngster to inconsistent (evil) chosen man... no?

Not saying there's no truth in it but it could as easily be a hint about a better contract. I was not sure this had been mentioed before...that makes it more interesting then, maybe your right i would be suprised if he wanted to leave, but not so if we wanted a better contract...we shall see.......
davieG Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 I hardly think that a young guy who has had 2 broken legs and made a total 28 (12 as sub) in just over 2 years who recently signed a 4 year contract taking him up to 2011 and who has also been very vocal about how happy he is with the new manager is going to be asking for a transfer to a bigger club.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Wouldn't make any sense, he has only shown glimpses of what he's capable of and he's an established first-team regular at a Championship club. If he wants to go and sit on the bench at a Premiership club then he's more than welcome to. If he wants to go and play for a team in the top six then he needs to justify that in his performances. This season I don't think he's been any better on the whole than players like Fulop, Kisnorbo, McAuley, Clemence, Fryatt and even dare I say it, Sheehan.
Manwell Pablo Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 I doubt there is any truth in this at all. If there is Wesolowski is an arrogant twat (IF)
The People's Hero Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 I doubt there is any truth in this at all. If there is Wesolowski is an arrogant twat (IF) Australian, you mean?
Jimmy Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 My friend at work who is good friends with Weso's dad said he is unhappy and wants to leave for a bigger club!!!! its a shame for him he signed a new 4 year contract in the summer then ...
AyewJoking Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 its a shame for him he signed a new 4 year contract in the summer then ... Contracts mean next to nothing. However I feel Weso cares about this club and will at least stick around to see how far we can progess under the leadership of Holloway. Seriously though, on current form, would Wesolowski hold down a first team place at a "bigger" club?

If he proves himself over the next season that might be a different scenerio... we might have a fight on our hands then...

Tommy G Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Well my mums mate has slept with Alan Maybury who knows my uncle really well. He told my uncle that he knows a rumour about a Leicester player. My uncle then told his dog who then got ran over but luckily the dog had told Bernie who later had a fling with Elvis Hammond. Hammond told weso about his little affair with Bernie who in turn told Elvis a secret that he ''wanted to leave to a bigger club'' Much more believable I'd say...

Not saying there's no truth in it but it could as easily be a hint about a better contract. this would be likely i heard that divisions between the players were apparent under allen cos of the new signings getting large wages in comparison to the likes of weso.
Bert Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Ollie won't let any players go unless it's to the "big four".
Trav Le Bleu Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 neither would it be realistic...i mean, he cant expect a much bigger club than leicester to be intrested in him with with those stats you have mentioned from the last couple of years.. AyewJoking Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 they do when the club refuse to sell Yeah only so they can hold out for the highest offer. If the player wants to leave what can you do apart from let him rot in the reserves while you pay his wages. Shouldnt come to that, Weso is a true blue, for now.
Bryn Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 Don't think there will be many takers yet. I don't anticipate him being here forever if we don't match his ambition but I think he'll be here another season or two at the least.

I don't anticipate him being here forever if we don't match his ambition but I think he'll be here another season or two at the least. He'll have retired by then. We should take any money we can. Think Matt Jones, Darren Eadie and Matty Piper.
