Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Etuhu doesn't look arsed to me.Bell Oakley Clemence/Weso Hendrie it'll be. I thought Etuhu was one of our better players against Bristol City and Southampton. His reward was to be dropped and now we've signed someone else in his position. I wonder if UEFA teach this kind of management on their courses?
Steven Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 F**k playing football. With the number of players we've got I reckon we should make a strategic move into invasions of small, insignificant countries.Wales will do for starters.
Daggers Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I think they've been moved downstairs. Ollie hasn't gone all Fred West on us, under the strain?
Ric Flair Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Ollie hasn't gone all Fred West on us, under the strain? No because at least Fred West could actually build something.
Simon Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Jesus. Wasn't expecting this. A pretty damn good signing in actual fact, but it don't matter shit if our strikers don't start putting away the chances that (Hull game apart) are being created for them.
Manwell Pablo Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 You say that about every player we sign. It's better we all expect him to be sh*t. He's not to bad. I wouldn't say he's better than what we've already got, on paper at least.
teblin Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I remeber when i got slightly excited when we signed players, not it happen every other week and its not the same anymore.
Koke Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Even if he's good, we'll turn him into dog shit in a matter of weeks. Welcome to LCFC, lad. The home of career wreckers.
Babylon Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 The odds are in his favour... at some point one of our 500 signings has got to come off.... HASN'T IT???????
Maybes Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Im pleased for the time being, until we get relegated or lose tomorrow
Chromophobia Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 it's all good and well signing these good players, but we've still got a clueless manager seemingly incapable of motivating a ball of wool.
Manwell Pablo Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I think we should write to a loads of different clubs and ask them to lend us some players for one game as a social experiment so we have a team like Frey Ramos Terry Heitinga Carlos Maxi Viera Deco Mancini Frutos Huntelar Manager: Guss Hiddink Then watch if play pathetically and draw 0-0 with Colchester at home.

Thracian would still be banging on about Dodds and Gradel too.
davieG Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I no longer care about signings, they make very little difference to the way we play. we've got to the stage where I think they are counter productive. Maybe Holloway's spotted a pattern of new player get some points from one game, I know we had the Hungarians for the Cov match did we sign anyone before the Norwich game? If there is a pattern this will probably be the last game we win by our own endeavours with the window closed.
Manwell Pablo Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Thracian would still be banging on about Dodds and Gradel too. And Shush!, Roberto "Experinced" Carlos just isn't up to task.
BoneHead. Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Very good player, made John Arne Riise look average in The FA Cup in January Fingers crossed this one pays off

The Stig Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 It aint gonna make a difference. Everyone plays shit at Leicester this season, If I was a pro footballer I'd steer well clear of this place.
Fox in a Box Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Didnt bell have a blinder against us a season ago...at kenny road. Im sure he did,and also played very well against liverpool in the cup the same year. Not a bad signing is he is still that good. unsure if im correct. DING DING, six games to go and LCFC saved by the 'bell'
Simi Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 but David Bell is exactly the sort of player we should have been signing this season. Just like Oakley. Just like Howard. Just like Hendrie. ...
