Goodluck everyone still waiting, and well done to you guys that got what you wanted I'm pretty please since I did better than I thought I would and got to my first choice uni.

Jesus what a f***ing morning.

Went to bed at 4am last nite having been out, so I'm f***ing knackered. Get up at 8 to get to college. Get my results. BBC. Bad times, my offer for med school was AAB. At first I was pretty blase about it but got steadily more and more upset as the morning progressed. Kept getting careers advice interviews and stuff, wasn't really listening even though I know I should have done. BUt anyway, came home about 11, really mopey by now, get a call from, Manchester;

"Hello, blablabla, we thought your interview was really strong so we'd like to offer you a course change"

So I'm sat here thinking it's gonna be bio med at best (which would have been top, but still), or more likely something like waste disposal management or something.

Anyway.

"We felt your interview was so good that we've decided to accept you onto a 1 year foundation course, upon the completion of which you will be accepted onto the standard 5 year medical course. If you're interested?"

Erm.

I got ABB, in Geography, English and Geology respectively. Being a greedy fuck I'd have liked an A in English and all but I needed ABB for Bristol so thats all fine.

The geology B was by 4 marks. I put myself over the top with a retake from last year that I didn't revise for, and my baby brother was born that morning, so that could all have gone to shit quite easily.
