Cheltenham Town v Leicester City Post-Match Thread

Well Gradel didn't start so I think that will be his gripe for the day.

If I had to pick one that'd be mine too. Maybe it was coincidence, Maybe i'm getting carried away with Gradel abit, I don't know but to me we sounded awesome instantly again when Gradel came on.

Dickov on the wing :nono:

I'm not Dickov's biggest fan, everyone know that, but if we do have to play him play him upfront - As it is the two lads upfront are doing a grand job and Dickov will simply have to work harder to get in the team, to get upfront.

I like what Pearson's doing but this is my main (And only tbh) gripe with Pearson.

[OMG - I'm gonna look like i'm moaning after a 4-0 win now...All i'm saying is what alot of people were saying/are saying! I am delighted with todays game, There's not much better!]

Geez I know it was all the other posts now DB's joined in.

FFS we've won 4-0 and we get a mass of posts on my guess at where we will be go and get pissed or something everyone life's too short for this crap.

Well you shouldn't go a round making such provocative posts.:giggle:;)

Looking forward to Thracian's match report. :D

He'll be happy, as I am, that Fryatt has scored again and his partnership with Howard is sounding increasingly stronger the more they play together. I suppose it'll also please him, like it pleases me, goals are coming from midfield as well. And we've managed to play well again away from home and seemingly dictate the majority of the game. Brilliant!

I suppose he may be upset that Dickov has played on the right for the first half, but for me Pearson was spot on with leaving Gradel on the bench. Gradel wasn't very good in our first away game, but was immense when he came on against Fulham, and we clearly perked up again today when he came off the bench. Perhaps he could have used Adams on the wing as opposed to Dickov, but I trust his judgement and will not criticise him whilst we're continuing to look good.

Fantastic, all in all.

City wiining away 4-0, Arsenal vs Newcastle on Sultana now....MOTD + Guinness + Kebab later. Championship in the morning (14 seconds no doubt  )....Most local teams losing. What a weekend! It's good to be a City Fan! Wish I managed to get a ticket though <_<

I can think of a certain sorely-bummed poorly-icky person who's probably a teeny bit gutted he missed this. >_<:giggle::innocent:

"I hope that Leicester don't expect to come and walk all over us because we won't let them do that," Armstrong told the Gloucestershire Echo.

Back in your box sunshine.

What a great day, all our rivals suffer and we come away with an emphatic away win and a clean sheet.

Staying realistic, we havn't played anyone yet whos challenging the top spots or has been challenging the top places over the past few seasons so until we do I won't be talking about anything other than the next game.

Still, places like Cheltenham are tough to go to, just ask Doncaster on the last day of last season! We're picking up the points and putting in the performances to merit them. Keep it up lads and we'll be behind you all the way
