Southend Post-Match & Fryatt Love-in

I've mentioned it in other threads but I just hope if Fryatt('s agent) turns down a new deal we don't cash in. I'd rather stick with him in this form and get nothing for him in the summer than lose him and rely on Howard and DJ for goals in the second half of the season.

That table makes great reading. If we'd got anything from the Millwall game it would have been even better. Bring on the Xmas fixtures!

Jesus - if anyone else says we are going to get nothing for Fryatt in the summer I think I will be sick from screaming at the screen.

WE AREN'T GOING TO GET NOTHING FOR FRYATT IF HE LEAVES IN THE ****ING SUMMER!

Sixth straight home win on the trot and with the Carlisle next week, we can make it continue our winning streak.

Posh and possibly Leeds will be a massive test for us, and I hope for at least 4 points out 6.

Yes it did.

Their player was in the box, Howard wasn't.

Yes he was
Sorry where do you sit?

12000 miles away...but the level of disagreement suggests the ref was right to give the benefit of the doub to the defending side?

The standard of officiating at this level is quite poor. Today's weren't as bas as we had at Scunthorpe, but still.

And obviously this isn't sour grapes, as we've only lost two matches out of 19.

What about last weeks? I know we benefitted from some of the decisions (corners given that were obvious goal kicks and vice versa, no knowledge of the offside rule etc), but the level of incompetency is beyond belief.

At least they are bad for both sides.

At last we finally finish a team off properly and we don't spend the last few minutes gnawing our fingers to the bone.

Maybe now it's all gonna come together.

What am I saying, this is City!

Exactly Maybes! We sit directly in line with the box, and Howard was definetly outside the box.

He then moved backwards to try and con a penalty.

I agree with that about Fryatt, would be better to lose him to tribunal or whatever it is that happens in the summer rather than cash in in Jan.
