Corky Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Wouldn't it be great if they got relegated and we beat them next season.TWICE I think Megson deserves a song. To "Hi Ho"- "Why don't you fack off Gary Megson? You're just a twat na na na".
RizLCFC Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Who cares if Davies has gone, we've got better things to think about!
MC Prussian Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 I think that's what our defence was saying after six minutes on Saturday. I'd say they were missing the Tunch more than they were missing Davies.
Guest Chocolate Teapot Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 I wonder if he laughed as much as I did 5 minutes ago? Well I posted what I was told, and I'll be damned for doing that. Did your Mum make you suck lemons as a child? bitterrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
GLC Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Fecking arse!!! *gollum style* leave now and never come back!!!
Tomassi Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Fair play to the lad he wants to play at the highest level possible, something we currently cannot offer
StanSP Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Fair play to the lad he wants to play at the highest level possible, something we currently cannot offer True. But not at a great club is it?? Just sitting watching the ball ping over his head back and forth is hardly a 'high level of football'.
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 we'll sign him at the end of the season after he spends the next few months on the bench.......Thats if Pearson wants him!
Little Nicky Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Damn it, I hate letting Smegson have anything! nevermind, hopefully Cleverley will pick up the baton!
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Davies has gone and yes I'm gutted, BUT, he is replaceable and we will move on
Maybes Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 About time. We can move onto bigger and more important matters now. Winning the league.
Houdini Logic Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Fair play to the lad he wants to play at the highest level possible, something we currently cannot offer Agreed. If i wasn't a fan of Leicester then I would also prefer to warm the bench at grounds like Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge, than play first team 'winning mentaility' football against Hereford and Yeovil.
shen Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 A big thank you to Mark Davies for his contribution, and I wish him the best at Bolton. Hopefully the club made a good impression on him in case he becomes available in the future
Tomassi Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 put it this way Bolton offer the chance of premier league action with wages of £15,000 a week plus £100,000 sign on fee, training with premier league class footballers on a daily basis Leicester offer regular football 2 divisions lower with wages of £5,000 a week plus £20,000 sign on fee so what if your on the bench, would you not want 15 minutes against Ronaldo in front of 70,000 or 90 minutes against mediocre opposition way below your own standard? if people slate him for wanted to better himself then they need to take a look at themselves, He is clearly a cracking player.
C-man Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Cheers Mark. I hope he tears the Premiership apart.
Tilley Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 I hope Bolton get relegated. But fair play Mark, you deserve your chance.
jonah Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 personally i think he,s got the ability to become a very good premiership player, wether bolton are the team who will maximise his full potential remains to be seen but i very much doubt it. good luck though
Cobbo Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 He's not 6ft 2 so he won't play much. He has real quality and being so young still I think he's a real prospect - his vision and awareness are what you would expect of a top central midfielder but added to that, he can dribble. Goes passed people like they're not there. Really think if he stays injury free now, gets games and continues to improve, one day he will be knocking on the door for England selection. Was great to get to watch him play for us, albeit briefly.
renards Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 We have been used + yep he was just in the shop window. ...then again if any team come in for DJ whilst on loan
Tevez Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Sharing a shower with Danny "Mr Big" Shittu or Micheal Morrison, I know where I'd rather go.
lildave3 Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 I'd say they were missing the Tunch more than they were missing Davies. Definitely.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 We have been used + yep he was just in the shop window....then again if any team come in for DJ whilst on loan Fine by me. Hope she wins.
Stig the Lawnmower Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 A big thank you to Mark Davies for his contribution, and I wish him the best at Bolton. Hopefully the club made a good impression on him in case he becomes available in the future I'll second that.
clazkel Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 So we can see our midfield look stupid? No he wont, when we get promoted our midfield will be unstoppable and full of confidence, not even Davies would be able to stop us. Only joking, i wish him the best and i know he is a great player. I can't believe he signed my leicester shirt at the signing session, maybe it'll be worth alot of money in afew years time
