Dan Posted 30 April 2009 Posted 30 April 2009 Did Allardyce ship him out or was he gone by the time he got there? I'm pretty sure he was out July/August time, remember it as a real bizarre move for him
Lovejoy Posted 30 April 2009 Posted 30 April 2009 I'm pretty sure he was out July/August time, remember it as a real bizarre move for him Went to Olympiakos in January . Can't really see a future at Blackburn tbh.
MPH Posted 1 May 2009 Posted 1 May 2009 have olympiakos played recently? Steve walsh has just returned from watching a player abroad.... heyyy.. i can dream its Matt Derbyshire!!!
TrickyTrev Posted 1 May 2009 Posted 1 May 2009 Went to Olympiakos in January . Can't really see a future at Blackburn tbh. According to Wiki he has scored 5 in 7 at Olympiakos. I doubt he has a future at Blackburrn, he isn't a 6ft 5 oath that can't play football, therefore Sam is unlikely to rate him. Doubt his future lies as lowly as Leicester though!

He's Premiership class, even if it's for one of the newly promoted teams. With the right coaching, I think Derbyshire could be as good, if not better than the above average strikers that England has such as Darren Bent, Andy Johnson, etc.

AjcW Posted 1 May 2009 Posted 1 May 2009 have olympiakos played recently?Steve walsh has just returned from watching a player abroad.... heyyy.. i can dream its Matt Derbyshire!!! I think that article said something specifically about it being an actual foreign player...
Shane Posted 1 May 2009 Posted 1 May 2009 Stockdale Fulop Gilbert Bale or Fabio (On loan) Fabian Delph Andrew Surman Chris Eagles Jermaine Beckford or Roman Bednar Robert Lewandowski or Simon Cox Tom Cleverly Gelson Fernandes (Loan)
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 2 May 2009 Posted 2 May 2009 Few youngsters I'd like to see on loan, probably won't happen though. Sergio Tejera Gael Kakuta name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="505"></embed></object>"> name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="505"></embed></object>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">Here's a video of Kakuta. I'd only heard about him but checked this out today and have to say he looks a class act. (And yes, I do know that one good YouTube video does not mean he'll be a great player). He's a striker and Tejera's a midfilder.

Shane Posted 2 May 2009 Posted 2 May 2009 We shouldnt of let Kaebi go. Although he hardly played a game for the first team, he was ment to be the next big thing.
ousefox Posted 2 May 2009 Posted 2 May 2009 Fulop Why do people still talk about him. He is number 1 at sunderland at the moment so why would they let him go.
MPH Posted 2 May 2009 Posted 2 May 2009 whats the name of that english/turkish guy? Colin-Kazam- Richards or somthing... last thing i heard he was angling for a return to England... he was always quite tasty...
Big Ol' Bob Posted 2 May 2009 Posted 2 May 2009 DIEGO TRISTAN Out of contract at West Ham at the end of the season.
jonw88 Posted 2 May 2009 Posted 2 May 2009 SIMON COX Scored twice against Peterboro today, guaranteed he's going somewhere in the championship at least so we ought to have a stab.
Mort Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 SIMON COXScored twice against Peterboro today, guaranteed he's going somewhere in the championship at least so we ought to have a stab. Just like Billy Sharpe, Luke Varney, Izale McLeod, etc...
FoxesFan123 Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Mark Bunn and Kelvin Davies both linked with us in the papers today. Kisnorbo linked with Derby.

FoxesFan123 Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Bristol City and Derby both want Leicester defender Patrick Kisnorbo - DAILY STAR SUNDAY Kelvin Davis is a free transfer target for Leicester - DAILY STAR SUNDAY Leicester are ready to make an offer to sign Blackburn goalkeeper Mark Bunn on a permanent deal - THE PEOPLE I know this probabaly doesn't belong in the "wishlist", but I couldn't be bothered to make a new thread as we've been linked with them before, its old news.
Joe. Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Cheers for that, none of them surprise me to be honest. I firmly believe that we'll be facing Kisnorbo at some stage next season.

Both would be decent signings. Looks as though Pearson may be building from the back. 2 keepers, a right back, a midfielder and 2 strikers is what we need.
Pricey Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 I'd like proven strong Championship players: John-Joe O'Toole / Mikele Leigertwood (tall, tough centre mids) Tamas Priskin (tall striker to compete with howard) Don't know how realistic they would be but what people would think of these?
