It's just a risk for him.And to give the information he had, and get absolutely cruficied by some for maybe getting it a touch wrong with the Cox situation, I wouldn't be suprised if he doesn't come back on here. I wouldn't, if it was me. I don't think he did get it wrong with the Simon Cox saga. He just reported it as he saw it. Given the timing of some of the stories he breaks (especially transfer updates) anything can change. I also don't blame him if he doesn't come back. It's pretty moronic for some on here to slate him after all the updates he offers. He is one of a very few that can offer accurate and speedy information. If he chooses to risk his job and offer us news articles for free, only to get abuse back, where's his incentive to to return? Yet again, an example of twats causing the rest of us to lose out.

flanimal Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Knowitall got it spot on with the Cox and N'Guessan thing, only thing was off was that he said they'd sign too soon. He pretty said Cox was more reluctant than N'Guessan to sign, and even then, it felt as though Cox was holding out for something he felt was better. I mean, if Cox was at the traning ground he must've been giving the impression he was likely to switch. If Knowitall did anything wrong, he was unusually specific with that one, whereas before that he'd been quite vague. Maybe Knowitall started to believe his own hype . But it'd be good if he could return, we all think he's top, right?

They had a very reliable insider,(Mad Biker) but some members started to ridicule him, ( sound familiar), and he decided it wasnt worth the hassle, and he never came back. Knowitall is very reliable with his information, but maybe the way some people ridiculed him, over the cox thing, which at no point, did he say was a done deal, by the way, he perhaps thought sod them, why should i put myself out.

With recent comings and goings at the club its tempting to speculate on his identity but it doesnt matter to me who he is. Again i want to go on record as someone who appreciates him. Knowitall....

However IMO by choosing the user name of Knowitall, I think he invited ridicule & the name has a certain ring of arrogance about it. Maybe if he does decide to come back onto the forum, he should choose a different name? (e.g. Insider? Whistleblower? ) Anyway KIA or whoever you are, it's quite obvious that you are a wanted man!

He's been on holiday but has received a rash of abusive pm's...........he said risking his job for that kind of treatment just isn't worth it. I hope he blocks anyone who does that. I pretty sure he's not coming back despite my best efforts to ask him to reconsider.
