It's not, just because they are both black doesn't mean its racist. She does actually look a bit like Wrighty in that picture. If you are saying two people look alike and the only characteristic is their skin colour, like saying Chris Rock looks like Queen Latifah, that's racist, but in this case there is a resemblance.

 

People say white people look alike all the time, we have a thread on here with hundreds of examples. And sometimes these people are different genders, I think Emma Watson and Richard Dawkins was one. Amy Adams and Isla Fisher are often apparently confused for each other all the time, is that gingerist? No they genuinely look similar, something they have both acknowledged. Now if you said they looked like Ed Sheeran then it might be offensive to gingers.

 

Millions of people seems to have spotted the Ian Wright thing, and that's because it's true. It's not just a coincidence they are all saying Ian Wright is it.
