according to the beeb we had more chances than them, more corners and roughly the same possession: Poor finishing cost us today.

Still can't win them all, what we have to do now is show that we can bounce back from results like this and win against cov on saturday, we do that and i'll still be quitely optomistic about our promotion chances.

I think a lot of people would have seen us losing today, but few would have seen Leeds and Norwich failing to win.

It almost feels like we've made up 2 points on them.

What is of a concern is 2 and a half consecutive poor displays. We have to win, and win well, this weekend.

Sven's problem seems to be rotating the team too much which isn't needed especially we were on a great run of form. Sven's fault i agree. :o

Shit game, shit pitch, shit performance, Cardiff won and by the sounds of it deserved to. It hasn't cost us as much as it could have in terms of points, barring some last minute goals.

a) Season isn't over

b) Sven has some work to do

c) We will hammer Cov on saturday

I'm out of here before the moronic posts start

I'm with this chap! We had to lose sometime or other, better to lose now, whilst we still have it in our own hands :)

Yeah cus it's not worked since he's been here, we're still bottom and would be top if he'd stop changing the team.

We were dreadful by all accounts on Friday so changes were hardly a bad thing. I would have preferred Abe over Bruma, mind, but I can see his logic there. Vassell was obviously not 100% either.

At least we got a lucky three points on Friday, which might prove vital come the end of the season. It's not a surprise that we lost at Cardiff, so I wouldn't say we essentially 'dropped' points.

Pretty far from season over, but IMO it does relegate dreams of automatic to a mathematical point only.

Leaving us free to focus on the task of the playoffs.

One comment on 5Live concerned me saying something like "Ricardo punched an easy catch leaving the whole defence to look at him, he shrugged his shoulders & walked off"

Easily sorted though. Weale, especially as Cov will be floating some balls & crosses into our box.

It was a great run we've had, we can easily do it again though

I hate losing, always makes me feel crap for the rest of the week. Looking at it though, we've got one of the toughest games of the season out the way and are only 3 points off 6th. Normal service to resume on sat!

Hugely disappointed, didn't expect a win, was hoping for a draw, expected to lose, we did lose but i'm disappointed in the way we lost, sounded like our team never turned up really, poor.

Worrying thing is we've been poor for the last 2 and a half games.

Need to crack on and lets forget watching others teams results now just focus on ourselves, if other teams lose or draw means fuck all if we lose.

Onwards and... upwards.

The result does show that people shouldnt get carried away though. Hopefully it brings everyone down to earth, instead of them thinking we are the best team in the league, etc.

Automatic is a step too far I think now, which in reality it always was.

Win the rest of our home games and win the odd away and we wil do it.

In case you haven't noticed, Sven doesn't like Weale. He won't be back in any time soon.

This is a reality check to those saying we can get 2nd. We were shit Friday, shit today and I'm worried we will follow up by being shit on saturday.

Play offs are still on though for sure. Still the Goal Difference is so bad we effectively need an extra draw over the others teams. I'm betting we finish 7th on goal difference.

In other news, I'm glad we've sent Hobbs on loan to warm Hull's bench instead of ours. Still yet to feature for them.

Coventry becomes must win game number 34 this season.

Was always gonna be a tough game tonight. Not surprised by the result really. Sounds like we could of scraped something if we took our chances though. Still... 3 points off 6th and plenty of games to go!!

Come On Leicester!!!!
