Stevosevic Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Let's move on and go another 8 games unbeaten. Let's not be over the top about it.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Hard place to go, would've been happy with anything to be honest. More bothered that teams around us picked up points. Although looks like Leeds & Norwich have thrown away 2 points each so not all bad. We will get back on track Saturday.
Guest shearfox Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Disappointing but still we will make the playoffs...
StanSP Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 It's not the end of the season. Guaranteed that some people will post in here like it is. It could all change again at the weekend.
Simmo86 Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Aah well. Need to be up for it on Saturday. Pisses me off that they didnt have to play well to beat us!!
tbf Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Inevitable blip, other results could have been worse for us. A loss against a team looking for automatic promotion. I don't think we need to feel too sorry for ourselves if I'm honest.
ajthefox Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 We lost against one of the league's best teams away from home after a brilliant run, what an outrage. SVEN OUT
dave the caveman Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Three points off the playoffs with THIRTEEN games to go
Libertine Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Oh well. Disappointing. Could be level on points with Leeds by Saturday so hardly a disaster. Donny have held Norwich too.
lcfcadam Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Leeds 3 - 3 Barnsley FT. Small graces and all...
ScouseFox Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 And with that, realistically, goes any faint, optimistic hopes of reaching second spot. So, let's catch Leeds. Thing is, with only being three behind Leeds, and them facing a tough away trip, we could be level on points with 6th come 5pm on Saturday. But looking at our goal difference. Realistically, it's 4 points. Anything could happen, still a quarter of the season left, loads of points to play for, starting at home against Coventry on Saturday. Onwards and upwards.
Captain... Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Shit game, shit pitch, shit performance, Cardiff won and by the sounds of it deserved to. It hasn't cost us as much as it could have in terms of points, barring some last minute goals. a) Season isn't over b) Sven has some work to do c) We will hammer Cov on saturday I'm out of here before the moronic posts start
Fox 4 Life Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Rubbish but only 3 points behind Leeds with them away to the swans saturday! Norwich also dropped points
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Poor performance, but only three points off the PO's. I predicted we would lose to Cardiff, QPR, Forest, and still make the PO's so we're on track so far. For me Cov is a must win game.
FeedtheYak Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 haha i got the last post in the match thread i win
