I'm starting to warm to the idea of him as a cheap squad player too. Defo not the 20 goal a season player we need but possibly a replacement for Howard or Waghorn if they end up going?

I'll bet you're all glad you didn't spend money on him. £1m for an out of form and unproven striker in the last year of his contract would have been madness. Throwing money down the toilet.
