Routledge and his people approached Leicester and not the other way around and thats been documented by Tanner at the Mercury. Mills and Maynard were the top targets and we may well end up with both.

If he had wanted him he would have had him last week. I think Routledge is another that he was stringing along whilst waiting for a Maynard decision.
