Arsenal fans are so brainwashed by Wenger it's unreal. They've got an excuse for everything.

The only person in football who has any respect for Garth Crooks' comments is....Garth Crooks.

To suggest the Premiership player of the year is only worth £20m shows just how little he understands about the business.

More claptrap from Wenger who doesn't seem to understand why other teams can't win the league for Arsenal. Reason why we are top and not Arsenal is because of all the other points they have dropped this season. Absolute spanner.

:crylaugh:

Nobody blames you for Leicester being top, they blame you for Arsenal not being top, they blame you for only having 52 points, they blame you for defeats to Swansea and Southampton (4-0) and Man United reserves. They blame you for only buying a keeper in the summer, for failing to address your ridiculous injury record and for putting faith in the same players that have let you down every season.

Well done you have beaten Leicester twice, but it means sweet FA if you can't win any other games.

They've beat us twice and they're still 8 behind us lol

Yeah, but it's ok because they won their two cup finals!!

I genuinely can't see a reason why Arsene should stay next season if we win the league. It will be total humiliation for Arsenal.

They don't mean us. I'm completely done with F365 now: Today's mailbox included 10 entries on Spurs-Arsenal but only 2 about our match; both one-liners reasserting the website's 'little Leicester' editorial bias. Unsurprisingly my following effort questioning their writers' continual use of the nobody wants to win the league cliché did not make the cut:

Yeah it's a bit angry and yeah it questions their own work (they have after all published my views on 3 other occasions where the contents of the mails was in one case flattering to them, another flattering to Spurs, and the other was a harmless and uncontentious assertion about our squad, all 3 of them were wishy washy pieces) but that's never stopped them when Arsenal or Man Utd fans regularly send in overtly aggressive views.

The point I'm trying to make is that after giving it a lot of time and a ton of ignored attempts at providing a bit of perspective I've lost patience with how their editor and writers can't bear looking past the London and Manchester teams so I shan't be bothering them with my patronage anymore and neither should anyone else on here tbh. It's pathetic.

On that note, anyone know a decent footy news & review site they can recommend to take its place?

I take it it was you who got the unbelievably snippy response in the Mailbox today?

If you don't want your editorial position questioned don't have an open forum for people to write to about it!

Went on the site to see their fans reactions after the alarming slump in form they've suffered (For ref they're pretty annoyed and a lot want AP out, they're not keen on NP taking over though lol )

Thought I'd search to see if they have a dedicated thread on us and they do. It's a mixed bag with a good amount of support for us to do it, but some absolute belters including...

- Wanting Spurs to win the league

- Believe they're a bigger club than us

- One still hates us from 1996

- We're like Palace but with goals

- "I still think palace are a better team and palace have a better squad leicester have been very lucky with injuries"

- "I live and work there so know lots of their fans and they've been unbearable since April last season" (well done to whoever you are)

I was amazed when Claudio Ranieri got the job in the summer, coming so soon after a disastrous experience with the Greece national team when his reputation had taken a bit of a battering.

It was also over 10 years since he’d last managed in England with Chelsea and like everyone else I was surprised when his appointment at Leicester came totally out of the blue.

I still find it bizarre to read that not having managed in the PL for 10 years is a bad thing, whereas never having managed in the PL, Klopp, Pellegrini, Guardiola, Bilic, LVG etc and they are brilliant.

There is more to football than the PL, it's not like Ranieri was picking his arse for 10 years, he was successfully managing in the top leagues in Europe, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and one disastrous spell in international football.

D'oh.

Surely whoever edited that piece should have paid extra close attention given it was Mr Redknapp penning it... Haha

They do realise they were already in our wake before they picked up a few injuries.
