Come on...

Show me a guy who claims not to have had complicated feelings as a teenager watching Leonardo Di Caprio in Romeo and Juliet, and I'll show you a liar.

Show me a straight guy who`s seen Leonardo Di Caprio in Romeo and Juliet ?

Something you want to get off your chest Asha ?

Depends how old you are, really.

Didn't we all go through a gay phase around 14, guys? I'm convinced everybody does, just that for some people it lasts about five minutes, and for others a lifetime.

I apologise for the sensitive nature of this topic but I seem to have a little problem.

A few weeks ago I was watching what all men watch on the internet but I was struggling to get excited. Something about the shape, the nobbles and bobbles, the holes etc just didn't interest me. Now I am not the other way inclined, at least I don't think so, but it seems a strange thing to experience at this stage of my life.

I guess what I am asking is has anyone else ever gone through anything similar and how did you overcome it? I would rather ask anonymously like this than seek help in person.

Your sensitivity is much appreciated :)

I shouldn't let it worry you. Some people just don't have much of a sexual interest full stop.

Sure it will develop one way or another in time.

Try ladyboys. If you like the something exrta you know what the problem is

Seriously just go to a ****ing strip club. I bet you'll soon have a hard on. Its a lot different to a 2d image and a cum stained keyboard.

Yes, that was it. I knew I'd seen the film somewhere.

Juliet was quite nice.

Why not check out some internet entertainment for those who are the other way inclined, find out if there's just something you haven't discovered yet? Message me if you need suggestions... ;):ph34r:

Seriously though loads of people find porn boring and not a turn-on, it's by no means unusual. You should probably get outside and just see who you find attractive, it's not rocket science...

Fair.

To be honest if it there was a chap in the porn you were watching then you'd probably also get excited if you were gay, so my verdict is that you just weren't in the mood.

Best cure/experiment is to get drunk - all inhabitions go out the window and gay or not gay you'll certainly want to bang something

Mate, even porn can get boring, try watching a bit of gay stuff and see if that sorts your problem, if so well that's probably why.

If not you may just be going through a lull, sometimes i'd rather play fifa than spend time with / on my mrs, doesn't mean i'm going off women. If you're a teenager i wouldn't over think it, just see what happens, you'll probably be jizzing on your keyboard over something b4 the weekend

I'm surprised at the quality of some of the responses in here. Well done us.

Sexuality is not necessarily fixed anyway. Like many other things it is more fluid (If you'll excuse the fairly graphic imagery there) and you may just like a bit of both. You could really be uninterested in either. Sex is not the be all and end all and your focus, priorities and feelings are likely to evolve and shift over time. Go for what feels right.

But leave my arse alone!

Believer must be the second account of an FT regular who has become anaesthetised to the female form due to the copious amounts of filth that they download.

I wonder who it might be

My guess is Smuts or Roo
