Yeah haha, it was a weakened side but tbf it still had Tevez, Balotelli, Zabaleta, Toure and Johnson in it.

I'm taking it anyway. :P

What gave that away?

Was it the League Cup Qtr Final in the top left corner?

Ozwin - you say that but I assume 3 of those came of the bench for the last 20 minutes or so, got to have been a very weakened starting line-up for near 70-30% possession in Leicester's favour.

lol They had this 16 year old right back playing, so I stuck Waghorn wide left and made the team play down the left all the time. Every goal came from that side!!

I didn't even have my full team out. Players like Bostock, Danns, Waghorn, Vassell, Shittu etc were all playing.

Edit: I was loosing 1-0 as well...

I might be imagining things but have I just seen a fully burning flare in the Uruguay end in the olympics on my FM game?!?!?!?

Won the league first season. Second season I have made a lot of changes, mostly frees and loans but I some of the free transfers are quality. Is it just me or does Kasper develop really really rapidly, he's awesome for me now.

My starting XI for my first season in the premiership is :

Schmeichel

Kyle Naughton (£1.5million) - Arne Friedrich - Tunchev - Peter Masilela ( :ph34r: )

David Bentley (loan) - Gelson Fernandes (£2.5million) - Luca Cigarini - Gonzalo Fierro

Jermaine Beckford - Hoarau (loan)

Sent some of my hot prospects like Mahaya and Clifford out on loan to Chesterfield and Preston respectively

Hopefully I'll be able to get a top half finish, possibly Europe with my squad.

I felt the same. Got a little too excited over a digital flare playing away in the Champions League.

Also in my Leicester game I was getting Thai players into my academy which I thought was a nice touch.

On a very good Coca-Cola Cup run. Top of the Championship, and also in the semi-finals of the competition.

Beat Accrington (3-2), Rotherham (2-0), Blackburn (2-0), Liverpool (6-1) and Bolton (2-1).

Signed a player from Genk called Jelle Vossen, been on fire. Cost me around 2M, now shot up to 6.

He's been around for a few seasons now. I think Chelsea were hotly linked with him this summer :thumbup:

His positioning is godawful though. He lets in silly goals because he never covers his near post and gets done from long range time and again. I guess he's just not performing for me then :angry:

Had fun early on with a few challenging games so I am rewarding myself with a bit of fun at Manchester City, although in my opinion city is as hard a game as any trying to get a good balance and keep everyone happy.

Restrictions for myself on FM 12 with MCFC, sign only u21 players and win with a young squad(aiming to not have anyone over 28 in the match day squad come second season). Im going to target players primarily from Brazil, Argentina, Germany and France and I will be using my version of the samba tactic.

I'll keep people posted.

Yeah his positioning has cost me a few goals, he drifts into stupid spaces to "close down" people and concedes goals as the opposition just square it for an empty-goal tap in. And it's always when a defender is covering anyway.

But he's a monster shot stopper for me and, as I said, he's second to ter Stegen anyway.

His stats have absolutely rocketed, too. I'd take a screenshot but I can't be bothered to suss out this ridiculous Steam screenshotting thing.

Not really read any of this thread because i've only recently got the game, Although I am into my second season, pissed the Championship, hit the top of the league about 3 or 4 games into the season and stayed there all season, now we are in the Premiership i'm struggling big time so anyone got any tips?

1 signing i've made who is playing well but not really scoring considering he's a striker is Leandro from Gremio for £9m.

Just think I need some tips on formation and tactics, perhaps could strengthen with wingers and defence.
