reynard Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 hope this game proves our optimism wrong with two sides desperate to prove their worth. Kasper Peltier Mills Ledger Kennerdy (purely to rest kon as this is probably a day off for him normally ) Dyer Danns King Waghorn Nugent Beckford subds: Logan, Tunch, Abe, Gally, Kon, academy player #1#2 Squad does feel a bit small normally cant decide who to pick! not a clue what the score will be being very inconsistent. Ill be shouting for the blues behind the box Don't expect to see Waghorn from what Stringer was saying on the radio yesterday evening. Of course he probably knows nothing. But it sounded like a long term injury. Sadly I think the midfield will be the same as Saturday as we really appear not to have any options. Does anyone know how many players are actually available from the first team squad allowing for Injuries/suspensions/African nations cup etc etc?
Raj Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Given that both teams are so woeful, this may be abit of respite from the pressures(Apart from Beckford, who we all know doenst feel pressure!) of the League. Hence im hoping it'll be a much more enttertaining game than anticipated. 0-1!!!
Ric Flair Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Hahahaaa I don't think i've ever gone in to a game where both set's of fans are absolutely horrified and disgusted with their team as tonight. I can well imagine the Leicester and Forest fans uniting and going arm in arm to voice their displeasure at two showers of shite. I hope we both get knocked out... somehow.
Pegosteve Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Steve Cotterill just said on SSN that he thinks we will be well organised!! Obviously not had any scouts at our recent games and was he watching the 1st game???
The Quick Brown Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I would like to see MJ in the team to see if we can get some decent supply to our strikers.
1964FOX Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Potentially the biggest contest will be who can sing ''we're shit and we know we are'' loudest.
Corky Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I can 100% assure you that if saturday is anything to go by you will win. What will happen is this, you'll attack give the ball away and one of our defenders will kick it really really hard down the pitch. Tudgay will then chase it like a puppy chasing a stick, not get near it and you'll attack...Repeat for 90mins. At some point you will score. Then we'll kick it really really hard down the pitch....and so on. When you think about the match at our place two years ago, both sides in good form and near the top of the league, to now, such a shame (for us, I'm glad you lot are struggling )
Captain... Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Potentially the biggest contest will be who can sing ''we're shit and we know we are'' loudest. I hope we can be more imaginative than that, there isn't going to be much entertainment on the pitch so both sets of fans will have plenty of time to think up some witty chants.

I agree, I have a ticket in the Kop but may be tempted to move over to the east stand if I get bored watching the match.
forest39 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Just thought I'd let you know, you will win this game. Ive never seen us play worse in all my life, we literally have no idea of how to create even a chance, it's going to be so embarrassing. Never the less ill still be in the away end! Cheers + good luck (you wont need it)

forest39 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Will this be the first game in history where fans argue that their team is shitter than the other haha?
Head Honcho Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Can't ever remember us kicking off at 7.30pm before I know it's for TV purposes and feel free to correct me

ithuriel Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 ESPN cancellations are going to be at an all-time high after this. I can't believe they're televising it This match could start the chain reaction that brings down ESPN , the Samaritans are going to be very busy tonight though
Happy Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 See you at the game tonight CRAP's, I will kill time off by studying at the university library for about 6 hours or so, then of to the KP to witness a horror show.
Corky Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I'm getting the train at 3pm, arriving into Leicester about 5.50pm. Quick bite to eat then walk to the match. Buzzing.
StanSP Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 The only thing that could make this worse (for PAP's mainly I suppose) is that if this match was to be shown on ITV. It really may have been the end of the world as we know it if that was the case.
forest39 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Our chant will probably be, youve only scored 3, youve only scored 3, how shit must you be, youve only scored 3. Thats what it was on saturday against southampton anyway!
Simmo86 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 See you tonight fellow CRAP'S All you PAP's hold your head in shame!
cc_star Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 C'mon Leicester !!!! Exactly! We can do this round... and the next one (potential banana skin Swindon with loose cannon Di Canio) C'MON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, No, No. If it was on ITV the sheer crapness would put ITV off showing football for life, we'd be doing the world a huge favour.
