Being born in Leicester and moving before you can even speak doesn't make you a Leicester lad! Mills' problem was always going to be his price tag. He's done alright just lately and I hope it wll continue. As for Morgan, I can't say I'm too pleased with him. He's a big, clumsy stopper. He's slow and I've seen oil tankers turn quicker. Every time I've seen him play I've always chuckled to myself that the Forest fans hold him in such high regard. And trying to avoid any irony, he's just a bulkier version of Wayne Brown Hopefully it's just one of those scenarios that when I've seen him play he's just had a couple of off days, obviously I haven't seen him play every week, so he could well prove me wrong, I just don't think he will
Proud_Fox Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 Matt Mills is a defender. He is blocks so many shots, wins nearly all his headers and puts alot of tackles in, rarely gets beat. Ok he is no David Beckham at passing but that dont make him a bad player. As a defender he is the best one we have at the club. Bamba's flamboyancy makes people thinks he is brilliant. I think he is a very good player and solid at the back but he gets himself out alot of trouble that he dont need to get himself into the start with But as a defensive unit i think Mills and St. Ledger are solid

I really hope we keep St Ledger, he seems very tidy. Can't see why NP would change it now with them playing so well and keeping clean sheets, unless of course a deal for SSL is already in the works.
