Signing a central defender is a good idea. Sol will be gone for another couple of weeks, Tunchev gets injured when he boils an egg and apart from that, all we have are youth team players (which i'm all for in certain situations but not at the minute). Good squad signing.

Good squad signing. He's hardly a 'squad' player though, that's the point. Just get a loan for a month if we just need back up. Clearly there'll be some outgoings, or there'll be 4 relatively equal CBs with 2 left out each week.

You would assume we've not bought Morgan for him to sit on the bench, but I can't see us benching Mills and SSL has already said what he thinks about it. I really don't know what to make of this. I don't think anyone is a definite gonner but I just don't see how this will work..

Good squad signing. Ever heard of emergency loans? This is not a squad signing. He's going to cause some unhappiness between Mills, St Ledger and Bamba.

It will be an ridiculous auction by then, clubs love free's even if the player costs more in the long run, as players & their agents use the lack of transfer fee to their advantage to secure bigger wages As it stands we've got 4 great players for a long run-in where injuries & drops in form will happen, we're stronger than before Managing 3 1st-teamers for 2 positions is a different matter
