Bluefoxtim Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Well.. listening to Talkshite this morning you wouldn't know Leicester played this weekend. Send a tweet in did you!?
goose2010 Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 apprently this is a load of rubbish as well http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/FA-Cup-Norwich-James-Vaughan-has-quit-Twitter-after-getting-stick-from-Leicester-friend-Lee-Peltier-article867366.html
Bangkok Mick Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Wasn`t much better on ITV FA Cup highlights....... 1st game up Sunderland v Arsenal....... just after showing the whole game live on ITV 2nd game up a tepid 1-1 bore with Chelsea v Brum Our game was perhaps the most exciting and biggest upset and was edited appaulingly Just pandering to the viewing public of so called `big` clubs
Captain... Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 apprently this is a load of rubbish as well http://www.mirrorfoo...icle867366.html It is not rubbish, Vaughan probably said what he is quoted as saying, but then the Mirror just added bits like he is going to quit twitter, he also said he has switched his phone off, surprised the headline wasn't: "Vaughan shuns modern technology, and vows never to use a phone again." The thing is they do this all the fvcking time, if I ever read anything form the Sun or Mirror, I tend to look for what has been quoted and ignore the "journalist's" interpretation of it.
Leicfox Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 As I've said before I'm hoping Brum & Stevenage both get knocked out..We will then be the last remaining non top flight side in the competition and then the media might be a little more interested....or NOT.
jonlcfc1990 Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 FA Youtube highlights are up: I can't stop watching we bossed that game from start to finish
Larry_LCFC Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOnNlFUaq-o&feature=share 20 seconds in. Retards.
StanSP Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Totally inept. To be honest, not too fussed about less media coverage. The less eyes on can mean less pressure. We saw how well we perform as underdogs on Saturday. Could work out in our favour vs Chelsea or Birmingham.
ajthefox Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 A little disappointed that we still got barely anything but not surprised. If your not in the premier league then to most it doesn't even matter.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Adrian Charles also said we came back from 1-0 to win 2-1
lcfcadam Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 FA Youtube highlights are up: Much better highlights than the tripe that ITV came up with.
Dan Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 It actually stuns me how often they make mistakes. SSN are at it all the time, it's not a major issue but it's piss poor considering their stature.
Fox92 Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Pretty sure the media only care about the Premier League. Everything's built up for that, Sky Sports call it "best league in the World" (which I don't agree with).
Trav Le Bleu Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 ITV should NEVER EVER be allowed to show football. I'm sad that FA Cup final day isn't what it was with the whole day being covered by both sides. That anyone ever chose to watch the ITV coverage in those days baffles me.
Langston Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Beckford's knock down for Nugent was so, so good.

It won't matter about the coverage when you are at the ground
Unabomber Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 Beckford's knock down for Nugent was so, so good. and his run after to take Ward away from Nugent.

Everything's built up for that, Sky Sports call it "best league in the World" (which I don't agree with). I don't get Sky Sports any more, but I have noticed the BBC coverage on Saturday is just as bad if not worse. I've seen them go to match report then come back to the Studio to and have yet another 2-3 minutes talking about the same match, why???. We've just heard about it just move on to another.......
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 TalkSPORT's Championship correspondent is a Leicester City fan and he always does his bit to talk up the club and the division. #TalkingInTheThirdPersonLikeMickyAdamsDid
StanSP Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 TalkSPORT's Championship correspondent is a Leicester City fan and he always does his bit to talk up the club and the division. #TalkingInTheThirdPersonLikeMickyAdamsDid . Is his name Geoff, by any chance ? I don't listen to TalkSport that often at all, but one time I did, you had just reported on the win over Derby earlier on in the season.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 20 February 2012 Posted 20 February 2012 and his run after to take Ward away from Nugent. Quality and unselfish play, it dont get much better
