Ashley Posted 2 March 2012 Posted 2 March 2012 I think this game will be a 1-1 draw tomorrow. Coventry will score first, fans will get frustrated and we will score on 60 minutes to make it 1-1. We will push for the second but to no avail will we get it. However there is a tiny part of me what thinks if we do score first it could become a cricket score.

Captain... Posted 2 March 2012 Posted 2 March 2012 Just watched the Blackpool Hull game on Sky Pretty good game.. Fryatt with the bloody equaliser! Nice goal to be fair Good result for us though, both teams are still catchable, a win tomorrow puts us 8 points behind blackpool with a game in hand Still don't think we will make the play offs but we want to finish as high as possible.

Very true... The key now is to keep improving if not for this season but to prepare for next
Happy Fox Posted 2 March 2012 Author Posted 2 March 2012 Very true... The key now is to keep improving if not for this season but to prepare for next We have the whole summer to do that.
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 March 2012 Posted 2 March 2012 We have the whole summer to do that. No, I'm sure that Pearson will be considering now who will be in his long term plans and who won't. And will be starting to consider new targets.
Larry_LCFC Posted 2 March 2012 Posted 2 March 2012 I can only see this game ending badly. Another team we should thrash but will lose, as we have done all season. 2-1 to CovScum.

Kitchandro Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 2-0. Beckford gets the opener with an overhead kick. He celebrates by taking his shirt off to reveal another one underneath that reads 'Jermaine & Col city fan 4eva'. Nugent grabs a second in the second half and celebrates by winding up the away fans as usual. The Chavs wearing sky blue take offence to this and gang rape him. Then the Coventry fans get involved too - they collect Nugent's kit which has been strewn around the ground during the melee, and video themselves burning it. They are all arrested and sentenced to a year of rehab in a Leicester school, where teachers try and fail to teach them what the term interbred means. Meanwhile, after relegation in 2012 Coventry City are top of League 1 with 10 games to go and are destined for promotion. With an average home attendance of 2,597 manager Andy Thorn puts their success down to 'tremendous support'. He says 'imagine how much noise we'd have made this season if we had 4,000 at home. The injustice of the one and a half thousand that couldn't come to our games has spurred them on. It's backfired on the opposition teams' However, Coventry still manage to finish the 2012/13 season in the bottom half of the table. Andy Thorn is sacked and only 2 people apply for the vacant job. After George is interviewed he is overlooked and the sky blues appoint Mr. Emptyseat as their new manager. A club spokesman says: 'He is Coventry through and through and we're delighted to have him onboard'

Mark82-CCFC Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 teach them what the term interbred means. . That is a pet hate. I promise you some of us have an education.
MarkHowieLCFC Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 3-0 simple, nugent, beckford, marshall Sounds good to me... Sounds good to me... Gonna be nil nil now then....
Saxondale Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 Going to do what some may percieve as fence-sitting again: If the proper Leicester turn up, we'll win 3-0. If the sloppy Leicester turn up, we'll draw 1-1.

Beckford getting the first goal?

Vlad the Fox Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 After Pearson's comments about having to go for it I think we will be 3 - 0 up before half time before finally winning 4-0.
Hantsfox Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 After Pearson's comments about having to go for it I think we will be 3 - 0 up before half time before finally winning 4-0. I'll go with that, setting off at 9am.

jonthefox Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 Ive got the feeling this morning it'll be a scrappy 1-0. Nugent as ever.
